Some updates on Shahrukh Khan’s Ra One.
- It’s now less than a month to go for Ra One’s release. You all know the date – October 26th 2011.
- Ra One game for Playstation Portable (PSP), Playstation 3 (PS3) and Playstation 2 (PS2) is likely to release in the first or second week of October.
- The music is a hit and is selling well all over. Chammak Challo is by far the most popular song in the album, Akon has received immense praise for the way he has sung the song. Dildaara is the second most liked song in the album.
- There was news that Rajnikanth has agreed to be a part of the film. But sources say, it might not happen as the release is less than a month away and Rajni still hasn’t allotted dates for the shoot.
- Shahrukh Khan has been all over the place promoting Ra One and giving interviews to journalists. He has said in one his interviews that, he hasn’t slept well in quite sometime now!
- SRK has also tied up with YouTube and together they have come up with a special Youtube Page and its great! Click here to view
- The look of Arjun Rampal’s Ra One character will not be revealed until the release. SRK has said he’s scared of the expectations that people have from Arjun’s title role.
- Sharing one of the incidents on the sets. SRK said – after one action sequence was shot, he was made to hang on a rope for far too long. He was tired and wanted to go to the bathroom, but when he looked down, the entire Ra One team was disorganized. When he was eventually released, in anger he threw a chair to the wall. His intention wasn’t to hurt anyone, but he was just angry!
- Offtopic: talking to the media today, SRK also said he hasn’t signed Rohit Shetty’s next. The only film he has confirmed so far is Yash Chopra’s next with Katrina and Anushka.

LISTEN this carefully.. Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard are all time blockbusters even without Sat, music and overseas. 26 days to go for the Bankruptcy of poor distributors all over India. And i am sure these illiterate Srk fans are still not going to understand. 3 Idiots had a tremendous repeat value in literate (20-25% of India out of which only 10-15 percent watch movies) and Illitrate (70-75% of India out of which only 30-35 % watch movies) centers of India. Dabangg, Ready and Bodyguard had tremendous repeat value in that 70-75% of India and other 15% watched it atleast once. Now these movies did 202, 145,148 and 25 crores businesses. Lets see where Ra1 stands. In 70-75 percent of Illiterate india only 15% are going to watch this movie and will not repeat. The other 20-25% literate India 15% are going to watch this movie and may come back to watch it again if its good. That is going to give Ra1 a maximum life time business of 80-100 crores in India. I know these figures because that’s what i do for living working for a famous trade analyst (can’t name him cuz of the contract). Now these looser Srk fans are going to say I am Salman fan and that’s the reason i am talking bad about Ra1. If you are not understanding what I have written here than you are an illiterate person.
