Like we mentioned in our box office report last evening, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo was steady on its 6th day at the box office. The film has added Rs 12 crore on Tuesday. The total collections in India now stands at Rs 155.43 crore.
The first week business will be around the 165-166 crore mark and the 8-day business is likely to be in the 175 crore range.
PRDP has no competition from Hindi films this weekend, but a Hollywood biggie ’Spectre’ is getting a massive release at multiplexes. The James Bond movie, which is also releasing in Hindi, is likely to affect the multiplex business of PRDP.
Salman’s 2nd highest grosser is Kick, which collected Rs 233 crore during Eid last year. Can Prem Ratan Dhan Payo surpass the collections of Kick, or will it finish as Salman’s 3rd highest grosser – is something that remains to be seen.

It was the biggest manipulation in the history of hindi cinema of 60 + crs.
Many other movies give inflated figures, but they are all of producers, but no one has inflated as much as Roshan.

Once again I watch today with my Myanmar friends(Bama). I get surprised when I saw 90% occupy and I shocked when I see 60% Myanmar(Bama) family.
@indicine team, in Myanmar PRDP rocking. In Myanmar per year only 4 movie only release those superstar movie like Salman,Amir,Hrithik and srk, sometimes ranbir movie.
It will surely be a Super Hit and set to cross all movies of lungi pur !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blockbuster is not possible. The concept of PRDP was good but treatment is out dated, still a good enough movie to watch with family and siblings but not with friends. Fans of Maya memsaab please stay away, it is not your cup of tea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
