Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor, who continued her winning run at the box office with her latest release ‘Baaghi’, says the best compliments she got for the film came from the audience at single-screen theatres.
“The best compliments that I got for ‘Baaghi’ were the kind of reactions I got from the single-screen theatres where people were whistling and shouting for certain dialogues. It was great as they were enjoying the film and that’s a huge compliment when people clap for your work” Shraddha said.
“We actually went to Chandan (single-screen theatre in Juhu, Mumbai) to get the feel of it and it was really nice as the audience was so happy. We got news from inside that they were screaming, shouting and whistling inside” she added.
‘Baaghi’ is the biggest ‘mass-hit’ of the year. The film, which has already collected Rs 55 crore in 6 days, is expected to continue its good run in its second week.
I myself is single screen audience and yes i feel very happy when everyone whistles and shout when my favourite star enters in movie or delivers dialauge.

Sorry for being too harsh about this movie previously..I watched it yesterday at a single screen and it was quite entertaining.
Agree with SShraddha,people were whistling in the theatre.
Tiger’s intro scene was damn whistle worthy.
Enjoyed a masala movie after a long time.
I watched Baaghi with zero expectations and I found it quite satisfactory. I was expecting it to be a useless film like Heropanti,but it proved me wrong! It has something to offer at least. Main credit should go to Tiger Shroff . He has actually shined in the film. Shraddha was also sweet. The BGM and story were two weakest links though! I would rate it 2.5 out of 5.
