They report K3 at 186 cr after 2 weeks and RAMLeela at 46 cr weekend which are a lot more accurate and realistic figures than boi.com….Another site to watch out for is bollywoodtrade.com whose analyst i can vouch for is one the most honest and cleanest trade analysts in the world wide web.

A production house like filmkraft and Yashraj
distribute their movies on their own… they
dont take help of any intermediate houses like
UTV or EROS… So it becomes more and more
difficult for Trade analysts to know the exact
collections bcoz the producer mite have
alloted a screen in some remote city which

distribution houses…k3 released in around
4000 screens… that includes several smaller
centres … In our state many theatres in
extremely smaller towns which always show
regional language movies had released k3…
So is is feasible to think evn that a boi or any

Okay, I’ve maintained my silence regarding krrish 3s box office performance so far. But after reading a few pathetic comments in this page, I can’t keep my mouth shut any more. Okay, for a fact, boi has always shown less collection than the producers actual figure(never a big difference as krrish3 though). For instance, ett was 186cr acc to them and 199cr acc to producers. Similarly it showed less collections for ra one, don2,jthj, dabbang2,etc. SOS and race 2 are not 100cr films acc to boi but they are 100cr films acc to producers. I put all these figures because some idiot said that srk started the trend of manipulation of figures to show higher collections with chennai express. Hope this shuts them up. Now, coming to the manipulation part, indicine and various other websites have said that boi does not have enough sources in the trade to track the collection of a very wide release. The theatres at the most remote areas cannot be tracked and hence the collection is not added up. This is the reason why boi shows lesser collection than producers. Keeping this in mind, ett and ce released in 3500 and 3700 theatres respectively and the difference in collections between boi and producers is 13cr and 19cr. Krrish 3 Hindi version released in 3700 screens like ce but why is the difference around 40 cr for the Hindi version only? It’s the same screens as ce so the difference should also be more or less the same unless the film collects very high numbers in the range of 30-40 cr from the screens not tracked by boi which is impossible. So this looks pretty fishy.

Next, the regional collections of films from the Telugu and Tamil versions are not usually included to assess the box office performance of a film. If u look at the list of highest grossers in almost any website including boi, the collections of ra one, don2 and the dirty picture are given as only Hindi version collections. The regional collections are not included. You can checking you want to.So if it’s not included for them, how come it is included for krrish 3? If we take Hindi version alone then k3 has still not beaten ce. I want hrithik fans to know that I love hrithik too. I’m not saying all this because I’m against him or something. If u look at a all the previous pages on k3, ull notice that I always praised hrithik and wished K3 to be a success. But I’m not able to digest these 2 factors which I mentioned. Even if srk or aamirs film showed these figures, I still would have said the same thing. We don’t know the truth but if k3 had really beaten ce, then congrats to the makers and hrithik. Now, the focus has shifted to Aamir Khan’s “Dhoom 3” which is set to the hit screens on 20 December. “The next big release is Aamir Khan’s ‘Dhoom 3’ and the ball is in his court to ensure that the records created by Hrithik are surpassed,” an insider was quoted as saying by Bollywood Hungama.
“He has to score bigger than ‘Krrish 3’ with his ‘Dhoom 3’ on opening day, opening weekend, opening week and then the lifetime run. Nothing less would suffice.”
@to all who are saying krrish3 had 80% occupancy as per boi and still it did 18 crs on day one, you should know that boi shown 80% occupancy for only morning shows and it was not able to sustain its occupancy after the morning shows.. It dropped badly from afternoon shows and occupancy was 30-40%. And one more thing, why indicine predicted 16-17 crs for the first day? It is only because they knew that it had lower occupancy from the afternoon shows otherwise they also would have estimated above 25 crs considering nearly 80% occupancy which was not the case there.. So if you take an average occupancy of 50% for the entire first day then the boi estimated a correct figure of around 18 crs which looks more accurate to me..
So krish 3 will break yjhd collections just by 2 or 3 crore but sadly it will not cross ett collections. Its a bitter truth for hritik fans but reality is reality.

IST Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3 is now the
highest Bollywood grosser of all time,
as it has broken SRK starrer Chennai
Express’s milestone that it had reached

which enjoyed the undisputed top
position as the all-time highest grosser
for three years in a row with a
collection of Rs. 202 crore from the domestic market. The record was
broken by SRK’s Chennai Express that
surpassed 3 Idiots to become the
highest grosser at Rs. 227 crore.
Now, in a span of a few months, that
record too has been beaten by Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3, which released on
November 1 and has so far made a
collection of Rs. 231 crore, till Nov 16
and still progressing.
Interstingly, both Krrish 3 and Chennai
Express hold the record of minting the fasted 100 crore in just four days within
their release.

The whole doubt arises in our mind only when the film entered in the 3rd week. On the 3rdFriday, the film supposedly collected 2.44 cr nett followed by 3.02 cr netton Saturdayand 3.76 cr netton Sunday -taking the 3rd weekend total to 9.22 cr nett. With only 700 screens, this kind of total is possible only if the film had great occupancy. But if one checks the leading ticket booking portals online, then the situation is almost reverse. It is tough to believe that film collected anything in excess of 7 cr nett.Despite several attempts, no territorial breakdown was made available to us.
Things look more doubtful when you look into details. All PR and online marketing of ”Krrish 3” was done by a company which handles Hrithik Roshan and incidentally the most popular trade expert is also associated with the same group online. Now this indication and connection should be good enough for your grey cells.
”Chennai Express” overtook ”3 Idiots” record with some distance, but ”Krrish 3” just surpassed”Chennai Express” records which seems was the most important point.
No matter how much you dwell over this, one thing is true that ”Krrish 3” is a huge blockbuster and the film is the biggest hit for Hrithik Roshan. How big is the hit will always remain under cloud and we keep our faith with the makers but to answer that important question – what is the real box office collection of ”Krrish 3”? We have only one answer that truth falls somewhere in between. The film will touch 192-195 cr nett including all versions by end of the run for sure.
Capsule posted an article today that life time will b in the range of 192 to 195 crore for all versions…..so now what remains in this debate any further????? K3 didn’t cross even yjhd coz only hindi collections will b counted….forget about 3 idiots nd don’t even think about c.e….

Krrish 3 has collected just over 1.25 crore
nett on 3rd Monday at the box office as
per estimates. Film registered a drop of
65% from Yesterday. Drop is less than
50% from 3rd Friday. As we received the
actuals of Krrish 3 it has collected approx
213.35 crore nett in 18 days from Hindi
Version alone in India. If we add Telugu
and Tamil Version numbers then film has
collected a total of 224.85 crore nett till
3rd Monday.
Krrish 3 has done fabulous business till
now and has attained Mega Blockbuster
status. It is easily the biggest grosser of
Hrithik Roshan, Priynka Chopra, Vivek
Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut. Film is also
biggest grosser of all time surpassing
Chennai Express collections in India at
the moment. But since, business is
growing with each passing day and
Dhoom 3 is around the corner, it still
can’t be guarantee as the biggest grosser
of the year till the year finishes. Yes, at
worst film will finish 2nd and every
realistic chance of finishing first.
Coming to Krrish 3 it can have a
significant run in theaters till the release

According to BOI, The Advance booking for krrish 3 was around 15 crore then how come it was only 20 crore nett. There is some malpractices going on here. Krrish 3 has broken the record and emerged biggest grosser of all time.
Krrish 3 advance booking was 14-15 crore for 1st day according to BOI. then BOI reported the first day collection as 18 crore.. what a fish!!
