After 2 good days at the box office for both films, Son Of Sardar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan remained steady on Day 3. Both films benefitted from the ‘Bhai Dooj’ holiday in some parts of the country.
Son Of Sardar is rock-steady at mass centres like Punjab, Delhi/Uttar Pradesh, Central Province and Berar, Central India, Rajasthan and Bihar. In the Mumbai circuit, there was a noticeable drop at multiplexes, while other parts of Maharashtra and Gujarat (which also comes under Mumbai) have been outstanding. Jab Tak Hai Jaan continues it’s good run all over. Like on the first two days, the Shahrukh Khan starrer is extraordinary in Bangalore, Mangalore (which comes under the Mysore circuit). It’s also running to packed houses in Kolkata and rest of West Bengal. JTHJ is also the first choice at premium multiplexes. Box office collections Day 3: Rs 14-15 crores (early estimate)

1. SRK:- He was the outsider having no famaily background comes to bollywood after completing his graduation, and doing a great job from last 20 year as we all know. Won a number of award and get a highly brand value.
So he uses his brand value in promoting his film’s.
2. Salman Khan :- Bhaijan got nothing in his early 20’s except some romantic clips. But today due to his attitude he is growing day by day. It’s my prediction don’t take it seriously i.e. ” it will take only one flop movie to distroy all his stardom.
So his boat is flowing at a smooth water. Need not to take care till single flop comes.
3. Now Amir Khan :- Sorry to all amir lover but he can be a better director then an actor, He can’t do publicity well neither he can do a great acting like what R K done in burfi or SRK in MNIK. So please stop acting and do direction and production. YOu will be the best director and producer which bollywood has ever seen.
So overall SRK will be Great (* with his promotion skill) Salman Bhai will ROCKS with Dabang23456
And amir will not able to catch 160 again in his future except Dhoom-3. that means in his solo release.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan is doing well at the box office. The Drops are smaller too. The Friday collections has come only around 20-25% lower than Thursday.
The Fourth Day Collections are coming around 10-10.5 crore net. This is a pretty good figure. The total 4 Day collections till now is 55 crore, approximately. But, if the collections are compared with films like Ek Tha Tiger, Bodyguard then this figure is lower.
If the Film maintains this pace the weekend is looking to finish over 80 crore net. This is a huge total, no doubt. But, the a lot more was expected from the film.
If the collections drop in second week by over 60-70%, the film might not be able to attain a blockbuster status, which was obvious at the start.
so go & watch JTHJ instead of commenting here & there…….
those who r takling about less screen space for sos are conviently forgeting ta fact tat it got more shows.
ett released on national holiday with 3300 screen and only 2 hrs running means more and more shows even sos runnung time is 2 hrs 20 mins, ett is a action movie but jthj is a romantic movie still it does 47 crores for 3 days. And one more thing place salman in jab tak hai jaan and sharukh in ek tha tiger, what i think is ek tha tiger would have got flying start easily with sharukh khan but jab tak hai jaan with salman cant get a good start. Sharukh in any genre would command a huge opening but salman with action genre will able to command huge opening
i watched jab tak hai jaan 2 times and believe me second time i enjoyed the movie more. So guyz try it again and ur going to like the movie more..trust me

both the movies are good. but srk is my all time favourite actor[except ra.one,i only watched it for 30 mins]. i also like anushka.but i hate katrina. and plz dont talk about ETT. salman is stupid, i have stopped watching his movies from some years. his old movies are good. i likes them.i wish both the movies to cross 100 crore in india. but i would love to watch jthj crossing 150 crore within 15 days only from india and overall at least 200 crores.

The movie is the same b….it story nothing new besides he looks like a grandfather in the film. who has time to watch a three hr long movie with all the scenes basically the same. As for money earners Salman Khan has been the lifeline of BW for the past five years earning over 750.000 crores and I am sure the tax people love him.
