1. Agneepath – It’s been 5 months now since the film released and it’s been hard to get over Hrithik’s performance in Agneepath. The revenge-filled blood-soaked eyes when Vijay Dinanath Chauhan returns to Mandwa (see the attached image) is easily my favorite scene in the film. What makes this performance more special, is the sheer enormity of reprising one of Amitabh Bachchan’s most iconic characters. One step wrong and Hrithik would have been at the receiving end of severe criticism. Performance rating – 5 / 5.

2. Koi Mil Gaya – At the absolute lowest point in his career, in one of the most difficult roles, Hrithik Roshan delivered his career best performance as Rohit. The transformation from a mentally challenged man, to a grown up mature adult.. took place in one song (It’s magic) and Hrithik did it with effortless ease – atleast that’s how it looked on screen. His KMG act also won him the Filmfare Best Actor Popular and Critics awards. Rating: 5 /5.

3. Guzaarish – Another flawless performance in a film that didn’t do too well at the box-office. It was only after the release of this Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film that the media finally started recognizing Hrithik as one of the best actors in the country. He plays the role of a physically handicapped magician, who doesn’t let his disability kill his uplifting mood. Flawless. Rating: 5 / 5.

4. Lakshya – Feeling depressed or low? This coming-of-age flick, is one of the most inspiring films to come out of Bollywood and ranks high in the list of Hrithik’s best performances. As Karan Shergill, Hrithik is brilliantly under-stated. Then comes the transformation and he aces that too! Rating: 4.5 / 5.

5. Jodhaa Akbar – Playing the role of Jalaluddin Mohammad Akbar, Hrithik’s restrained act won him the Filmfare Best Actor award. He looked every bit the royal emperor and shared excellent chemistry with Aishwarya Rai. Jodha Akbar is the only commercially successful historical in the last decade or so. Rating: 4.5 / 5

@farnesol… The government wont give Hrithik the national award. It’s all fixed. Saif won for Hum Tum because his mother was censor head. Hrithik should have won national award for Koi Mil Gaya.
Anyways, F*** these awards. I love Hrithik. Whether he wins any awards or not, what matters is his performance and he has never disappointed me in the last 10 years.

hi! friends i m hritik’s biggest fan since his debut film. i’ll in short HR to har film ki jaan hai. jaisey hi pardey per aata hai sabke chakkey chuda deta hai. aur salman bhi charming hai.

I think his portrayal of mentally challenged Rohit was his & the bollywood’s best 2 date……..dats y he bagged both filfare critics as well as popular award. Guzarish ranks as his next best,closely followed by agneepath……Barring a few mistakes he made in beginin of his career, most of his other roles are a legend in their own right…….Wel here are what i think his top 5 performances.
1- Rohit in Koi Mil Gaya

3- Vijay in Agneepath
4- Akbar in Jodha Akbar
5- Aryan in Dhoom 2
the last choice cud find many replacements but its the 1 that i cant resist addin, not for powerful acting only, but the casual elegance with which he portrayed the thief mastermind wud go down in history as b’wood’s finest……Notable mentions- lakshya, mission kashmir, fiza….d list goes on. :-)
he doesn’t need south remakes to get success. he doesn’t need to comment against any actor to gain publicity. he is the god of acting. no matter what role he gets.
SRK, AMIR KHAN, AKSHAY KUMAR hv superb acting skills after my beloved HRITHIK. SALMAN KHAN suckks. Ranbir kapoor is the next actor with wonderful acting skills. emraan hashmi is good, imran khan and shahid kapoor, abhishek bachchan use the same facial expressions with no improvement. farhan aktar, ajay devgan are tring. john abraham suckks.

1. ‘Guzaarish’ – Out of the world
2. ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ – Mind blowing
3. ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ – Magnificent
4. ‘Dhoom 2’ – Awesome

I also liked him in ‘Lakshya’, ‘ZNMD’, ‘Mission Kashmir’, ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ and the most underrated of them all ‘Kites’.
I chellenge the acting of hrithik is greatest in btown. He is a complite actor. Sahruk is my favourite. But hrithik is so good in all section of acting.
