Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has praised the trailer of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Rustom’, which happens to release on the same day as ‘Mohenjo Daro’.
Hrithik, who is currently on a vacation with his children, said “Congrats Akshay Kumar . Loved the Rustom trailer. Good choices maketh d man. I’m sure u agree @mrsfunnybones (Twinkle Khanna) :) God bless”
In response, Akshay said “I couldn’t agree more. Takes a brave man to take on the Mohenjo Daro era! Take a bow my friend”

Hrithik is coming after long amd Akshay n team r really confident on the product..would love if both get a fair space at BO and do wonders ..I have been a big Salman fan myslf for long .. But now realise it’s enough of stardom thing..let us make better movies more successful and better actor more popular …rather being a ‘ghulam’ of any actor …we must become fan of good movies and respect good actors..it’s enough of these khans that they book better release dates because of their stardom and come up with craps(wish Sultan isn’t one) ..I would be happy if Mohan he Daro and Rustam both do so good at BO because these are content based , well made movies .. He’s the most humble and positive star I have ever seen. He’s always shared love and gratitude despite going through a lot in last few years, from brain surgery to remove blood clot, to Krrish 3 controversy, to divorce, to clash with Haider/extreme negativity towards BB, to Kangana Ranaut controversy. He’s handled everything with dignity, and has only spread love.

The Ankit Tiwari track is a slow romantic number,but loud (talking about the notes and scale) but “could” divert the pace. I am not too sure, that is why I mentioned it would be known after watching the movie.

Wonderful gesture by Hrithik. I have seen rustom trailer and it’s impressive. For me both MJD and Rustom trailer ranging from good to very good but expectation from MJD was more so it disappointed a little. Talking about clash we know that content matters the most but I will support Mohen Jo dark over Rustom due to two reasons.
1. MJD is the film which we need to watch on big screen due to its scale and visual effect while Rustom is regular Bollywood film.
2. Hrithik first movie is two years while Akshay just after two months. So MJD is much more important film for Hrithik and Ashutosh. Also due to doing multiple films in a year, usually Akshay films are not able to justify the proper use of good release period.
Movies like Baby,Brothers and SIB are examples and HF3 is probably the biggest example how his movies failed to utilise those period.
So I am against this clash and despite being very impressive trailer I will watch MJD among these two on big screen.
Nothing against Akki and Rustom though.
