Now that the trailer of Akshay Kumar’s Holiday has received more than 2 million views on popular video-sharing website Youtube, we’d love to know what you think of the trailer.
‘Holiday: A soldier is never off duty’ marks the return of A. R. Murugadoss, the director of one of Hindi cinema’s biggest blockbusters Ghajini which released way back in 2008.
The film, produced by Vipul Shah, stars Akshay and Sonakshi Sinha – the lead pair of Rowdy Rathore. Pritam has composed the music.

cut copy concept need to be stopped man even though you r doing a remake what is fun of watching same scences taking concept is ok and need to be done taking in mind taste of north indian audience..and herione is big letdown for me…i akshay having experience of 22 years still doing cut copy scences is really letdown he should ask directors to write new scences keeping original concept intact…most of our hindi films are lifted from english films and bhatt saab films r inspired from korean films…
don 2 is the best action film till date in bollywood.btw trailer is average with not so good acting by Akshay.@sri thumbs up to u.agreed.

Well, it was one of my most awaited trailers of the year. It could have been much better. At the start, typical Bollywood stylish roadside romance (unnecessary), which clearly reminded of their ‘Rowdy Rathore’ to be fair. Akshay looked very good, actions were good but not best, ETT had better action, theme and concept is exciting. Akshay-Sonakshi pair, start & end of the trailer, villain shown were all letdown.
Overall, it was good but could have been better. I still think the actual movie would be better as A. R. Murugadoss has directed it.

@aeeyyy Trailer did came Early…..Buh with an intelligent film in hand the Director is keeping no stones unturned……….I am pretty much sure other trailer and TV Promos will be more exiting…..And hope that it will Shut mouths of peeps who hate Akshay……To me MOVIE will be a blockbuster……Akshay rules…..Lil Dissapointed because my comment would be on the 3 rd or 4 th page……Or else would have given haters a run for their money……Anythng stupid against Akshay is Against his million fans……What remakes are these GuyZ talking about…….Ghajini was a Remake too…..Were were these Peeps at tht Tym……It’s just that peeps are jealous Of Akshay again rising to the top…..!!

I like how the theme and tone of the movie just changed. I am expecting some good things from this movie. Only thing disappointing was the heavy accents in the English.

@chupbaysalla mate it happens a lot that sometimes what sounds interesting in a script isn’t well executed……Underwater treasure hunt Sounded interesting Buh wasn’t executed that well(BLUE)……robbing a Train while filming a movie sounded interesting Buh wasn’t executed well(TMK)…….Comedy of Errors always sounds interesting Buh wasn’t executed well(De Dana Dan)……..Akshay is not to be fully blamed……It’s the directors….Executers at Stake…..He has always given his best performance………And by the way we all are Humans…..We all make mistakes…….Akshay too has made mistakes……But after every failure or bunch of failures he has blossomed with path breaking movies(Omg….Special Chabbis….Namaste London….BhoolBhulaiya….etc)
He has that aura around him which makes it very hard for his fans to let go…….The same goes for Hrithik……Salman……..!!
And about Aamir he makes great movies….. Buh I wonder what will happen to his stardom if he gives consistent Mixed review movies…..Trust me his movie collections would decline even if he releases one movie in 2 yrs….!!
