Haider continued its steady run on Saturday at the box office. The film hasn’t shown any major growth, but continues to do reasonably well considering its release size and competition from Bang Bang.
Business is restricted to multiplexes in big centres, smaller centres are running on low occupancy.
Haider will collect around 26-27 cr in its 4-day weekend, but still has a fair distance to cover before it can recover costs. The film needs to collect more than 50 cr to break even.

If Haider collects 50 cr net, only about 25 cr would go to the distributors, the rest for the exhibitors. And in that range it would break-even. The satellite rights of Haider won’t fetch a good price due to its genre and lack of mass appeal.

Haider trending well, 5days weekned should be 35cr, it should doing steady business in weekdays too, then 2nd week is very crucial as film like queen, kahani become super hit because of good 2nd week with out any holiday benifit, haider will do steady business till the release of hny, lifetime 75-90cr, verdict super hit.

Waw what a super movie.after long time a movie which had good story wasn’t boring even though at first trailer I thought haider will be boring critically acclaimed movie.but my god i am surprised that i want to watch it again and again never was bored even three hours seemed less. Shahid and tabu nailed it. This movie will be a super hit due to its steady box office and look at release size so small doing wonders if taken screen average.and shahid do more intense role not funny movies.you are good actor when doing intense role not comedies.
