Bajirao Mastani will be playing on more shows as compared to Dilwale in Week 2. In the first week, the show ratio was around 60:40 in favour of the bigger film Dilwale. In the second week, it’s the other way round, with Bajirao Mastani getting significantly more shows than Dilwale.
In Bengal, Dilwale has been allotted more shows, but at most other places, Bajirao Mastani is leading.

@Arkam, a few single screens have also been included in this. For example, Rex in Bangalore is a Single Screen on Brigade Road. They have allotted 3 shows to Bajirao and 1 show to Dilwale.

Rohit Shetty is very good at comedy scenes and actions but his direction of emotional scenes are not well enough. Some brotherhood scenes between SRK and Varun looks forced and unconventional. Raju Hirani , Sanjay Leela Bhansaali and Karan Johar movies have good emotional value.

@Noam, basically, Bajirao Mastani has retained most of its shows from Week 1. The shows that Dilwale lost, have gone to Star Wars.

As an srk fan one has to be objective and since I have trashed other movies based on trends and data, I wouldn’t hesitate to say that BM has got a better response. The fact that the shows are in their favour show the confidence exhibitors have on BM. I don’t think Srk’s star dome is dented but yes after hny the nuetral audience realised that shetty will make the same.
His upcoming movies are all rich content so as a fan I’m very pleased. I think we Srk fans should chill and the xmas numbers of BM will be high almost double . The wake up call to srk was a must of not taking nuetral audience for granted. Today whatever this movie has done in terms of collections is his fan base. Means his star dome is sky high.
Could Jai Ho do well? Simple sallu fans can’t get the number in solo release . Here with clash his fans will put a 140 cr . That’s shows his worse movies too beat top notch movies by miles.
