Agneepath exceeds expectations and creates history at the box-office on Thursday, as the film broke the opening day record of Bodyguard.
Even with lesser shows (due to it’s runtime), Agneepath’s Day 1 collections stand at around Rs 22 crores, according to early estimates.
The single screen business is comparable to Bodyguard, while at multiplexes Agneepath has managed about 10% better collections. Infact, the first day business is comparable to the second day collections of Ra One (Hindi only).
On Day 2, we expect the film to drop by around 25 – 30% as it’s a working day.It should remain steady on Friday – Saturday and pick up on Sunday. If it does, then weekend collections could be record-breaking at 70 crores+

i’m sallu & fan & went agneepath to see trailer of rowdy rathore trailer(unfortunately it didn’t) but with all due respect i accept it was superb and better than bg.at the end of the day we’re movielovers & appriciate everyone’s work not like purposely praising movies like “ra.one”&”ready”to support your fav. star

Banda salman khan ko jutyian mare fazool picture bna kar sab ko bewaqoof bnata hai and his fans still dreaming he is making good movies. Even SRK and HR fans admit Ra.one and Guzarish want too good. what a movie!!!! it’s an absolute blockbuster of all time.great work by karan ,hrithik and sanjay dutt.The music and background score came out really well.Agneepath is creating history in the south tooo!!

Leave the collection which is so stupid to judge any movie with!! comparing the 2 films which is also stupid (Agneepath & Bodyguard) Agneepath is really a great film in all aspects and that film Bodyguard is so stupid film with a silly story ( the movie didn’t sell but Salman did!).
Bodyguard should be rated as 1/5 and Agneepath 5/5.. this way we’d do justice.. Salman fans can’t compare that silly film with Agneepath.. if anyone wants to compare Agneepath with any other film, so it should be with a film which is similar to Agneepath, and not with something which is completely different like Black and White!!!!

Boxofficeindia.com is the best place for updates not here!! Film might have a grand opening but its the overall run in the box office which matters!! I’m an Srk fan but H R will not go close to Salman khan trust me!!
