There have been unofficial reports in the last few weeks that Salman Khan is set to return as the host of Bigg Boss Season 8. Now, the news has been officially confirmed.
Raj Nayak, CEO of Colors TV, took to Twitter to confirm the news and also expressed his excitement for the 8th season of the show. Salman also retweeted his tweet.

The official twitter handle of Colors TV also confirmed the same “#BreakingNow: Salman Khan to host the 8th Season of Bigg Boss. Coming Soon on Colors.”
It will be Salman’s fifth consecutive year as host of Bigg Boss. There have been several unconfirmed reports of the contestants on the show – Rashmi Desai, Poonam Pandey, Sunil Grover, Lulia Vantur, Alok Nath, real-life couple Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina, Shanti Dynamite, Hanshika Motwane, Kumar Vishwas, Mona Singh have all supposedly been approached to participate in the show.
