New Year special for Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone fans! The makers of Chennai Express, directed by Rohit Shetty, have released the film’s first few promotional posters.
Chennai Express is about SRK’s train journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram (Tamilnadu). The film also marks the Bollywood debut of South actor Sathyaraj, who plays Deepika’s father.
Chennai Express reunites the Om Shanti Om on-screen pair of Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. It will also be Rohit Shetty’s first film without Ajay Devgn, after super-successful films like the Golmaal series, Singham and Bol Bachchan.
Every Chennai Express poster has the words “Ready Steady Po!”. Have a look.

@Tejas I never decline salman stardom in raw action masala movies he is the best in it..no one can match his attitude in such kind of movies. Only two days back I watched D2 he is simply best. Infact honestly i m big salman fan. But never blind. Srks all round performance made him bigger star than salman. Srk can excel in every role whether it’s mink ra1 Oso rnbdj don jthj. He have not worked in such a movies for past 4 years which really connected to all section of audience. Nd m 100:/: sure his move will not do 200 cr but definitely more than 100 cr. similarly u can’t say abt Sallu if he does London dreams janeman kind of movie.

Srk fans very sorry to say but your king looks more like a comedian (vadivelu) in the lungi and similar to tamil actor dhanush(kolaveri di fame) and the posters are the one of funniest i have come across. If the movie is a romantic comedy masala like oso, then it could be a superhit as i believe in the direction of rohit shetty, as he is the best commercial director in bollywood but if the movie is anything but a serious action masala like dabaang, then i am sorry to say, it will bomb big time at the box office and may end up as k786.

@review. Salman is like rajni kanth in everything but srk comparatively is like tushaar kapoor in style, rajpal yadav in comedy, uday chopra in action, pramod mahajan in dancing but he is best in romance & emotion.
