A case was filed against Salman Khan for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of the Mumbai community.
The superstar was booked under IPC Section 295A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) on the basis of a complaint lodged by one Mohammad Asim Mohammad Arif, a Mumbai city resident, police told reporters late on Thursday night.
The complaint states that Salman’s Being Human had organised a fashion show in Mumbai where a model walked down the ramp wearing a T-shirt on which a word was inscribed in Arabic. This hurt the religious sentiment of Muslim community, Arif claimed.
“We are investigating the case. The complainant has provided a video clipping of the fashion show,” a police official said.

You are again wrong saying media or public don’t talk bad about SRK. In fact, he is the most targeted celebrity in Bollywood I feel. Do you remember the last year’s silly controversy? That was the most pathetic controversy I have ever heard. These news hungry media and blind fans started all that for a kid who was yet to take birth. Do you think that anything else can be so lame and cheap?
And what was the allegation? Allegation was that SRK had influenced doctors to get the gender test done for his kid. Do you really think that a star like SRK will be really bothered about the gender? I don’t think that there is any need for him to know the gender of a baby, which is a surrogate kid.

I highly doubt some of the claims made here but will not undermine your research and I m not even interested to find authenticity of your claims.
But mention one just one case in which shahrukh has dared to take a human life.
All your points are not as big as to classify srk as a criminal (rape charges are on his driver…don’t know why you even mentioned that…to make that list a little longer I suppose)
Open your mind and compare yourself if any of the charges is equivalent to killing a human being (or even a black buck).

Bro, I understand your confusing 1st comment, thats why I was asking about royal treatment of muslims in india.
Overall muslims of india enjoys hundred time better life than hindus of pakistan and esp bangladesh coz bangladesh still have sizable hindu minority unlike pakistan which is almost minority free nation.
Apart from few decadal political motivated communal riots, muslims, overall lived peacefully in india unlike minorities of any of 50 islamic nations let alone pak and bangladesh.
From past 2 yrs I regularly read pakistani and bangladesh related news and regularly counter weekly violent incidences against hindu and sikh minority by muslims is a regular phenomenon.

* Emraan Hashmi was denied a plot by Maharashtra Govt in Pali Hill bcoz of his religion.
* Mosques n churches were attacked in Mangalore, south India.
* Shiv sena MP forcibly feeding a muslim servant when he was fasting during Ramzaan.
There are many more such scenarios with common people but I must say bad people exist in every community but you cant blame entire religion or community bcoz of such idiots. Today, Pakistan discriminates Hindus, Sri Lankan Buddhists are against all the minorities like Christians, Hindus and Muslims. Buddhist Bhutan expelled in Hindu population en masse in early 1990s under the pretext of preserving Buddhism.
After Muzaffarnagar violence, a series of Hindu mandir were attacked in Bangladesh. Why? Why all these in the name of faith? Why are people still fighting over the religion? All religious scriptures teach the tolerance!
Coming to your country, do you really think Hindus migrated to Myanmar during British time? Who are Mons? Who have civilized them in the ancient time? Hindus from Telangana!
What actually was the mythological kingdom of Tagaung, ancient Myanmar? It was a Hindu kingdom established by Abhi Raja.
Who established first Burmese Kingdom? Maha Raja Anirudda Deva (known as Anaw Rata in Burmese)! He was a Hindu. Who ruled the ancient Arakan (known as Rakhine State Today) before 950AD? They were Hindu Brahman Kingdom called Vaishali (known as Wethali in Burmese) and Dhannya Vati (known as Dhannyawadi in Burmese) with a population similar to Bengal and Bihar at the time. Where are these kingdoms now? Who will you blame for that?
These ancient Vaishali Indian kingdom was destructed by the invading Mongolians of Buddhist faith, whereas with the advent of Islam, majority of the local Hindus of Indian descends converted into Islam. Yet, there is still an ancient Hindu community over there.

Coming back to the current situation of the clashes of Myanmar, it is politically motivated religious clashes. You know how good and kind your government has been throughout the history.
During 1930s Economic Depression, Burmese nationalists targeted and killed hundreds of Indians especially the money lenders Chettiars. After 1962, as Gen. Ne Win came into power, he seized Indians (whether Hindus or Muslims) owned Businesses and nationalized them.
From 1970 throughout 1972, there were anti-chinese movements in Burma and Burmese burnt hundreds of Chinese alive. The government instigated the violence to divert the attention because it could not solve political and economic problems.
And in 1988 mass killings of students, attempt to assaidinate Suu Kyi by the regime and now anti-Muslim movements!!!
Actually, the government finds the minorities in the country easy to use as the political escape goats. Other than Muslim minorities, the oppressed minorities are Christian Kachins and Christian Karens.
Well, despite in Myanmar for generations, Hindus does not enjoy full citizenship in Myanmar. They are treated as alien citizens. They are called ‘Kular,’ a derogatory term.
I have a Hindu friend that hails from Rakhine state. He said, before, 2010 election, the government issued Green Cards (a kind of 3rd Class Citizenship). With that, they were able to travel across Myanmar. But the government started to nullify the cards and started to restrict their travels again. Well, you can see here how selfish Burmese regime is.
Well, I request you and your community not to take any stand in the government backed violence against Muslims unless you are forced to. You are a small minority there. You can’t earn anyone’s enmity. We see the future of Burma to be extremely bad. In an attempt to play double games with China and US to balance the power, it will ultimately become a US-China proxy battle field. So, more minorities will be escapegoated.
Well, you all may question me how I know all these. As of now, I can only say that I work for a Malaysian government research team. My name is not actually Anand. It is my grandfather’s name. (My profession doesn’t allow to reveal my true identity.) He had to leave homeland for a safer land (Malaysia) for the similar stupid reason during 1947. Because we were targeted by both Hindus and Muslims.
There are many countries to speak for Muslims and Christians if they are harmed anywhere. There is India and Nepal to speak for the Hindus in Bangladesh and Pakistan. We are no land’s people. No one speaks for us. British shared India between Muslims and Hindus. We were abandoned on the road. Yet, we have learnt to accept the truth. We hold agony against no one.
All religions their shares of bloody history. History is to take lessons and to move forward by refraning from committing the same mistakes. Well, if we are ready to forget the bitter past, to forgive and to move on, why can’t you do this?
Well, I feel dejected when people especially Indians with I have emotional bonds argue, fight with and kill anyone over stupid reasons and in the name of the faith. Tell me which God has asked the human kind to do this.

After a day Bama one group attack one bus and kill 5 or 6 Muslim, then Muslim also attack on Bama. All Bama attack on Muslim after all nations start, like Mandalay, Maikktila,Pinmana but not in Yangon(Rangoon) because major Muslim,Hindu,Nepalese and Christian stay in Yangon so they can’t do that but try after all prepared attack on Bama then they cool.
