Karan Malhotra’s second film ‘Brothers’ is out of most theatres in its third week at the box office. The film performed well in its first weekend at the box office, during which it collected Rs 52.08 crore.
Since then, the Akshay Kumar – Sidharth Malhotra starrer hasn’t even doubled its first weekend collections, which is usually a sign that the content hasn’t found appreciation amongst the audience.
Brothers will be a loss-making film for Dharma Productions and Akshay’s lowest grosser of 2015 after Baby and Gabbar Is Back.

@sunny choochi ajay is much much much much bigger star than Flopshay. Dont even dare to compare tiny 60,70,80 Cr club star to ajay devgan who is 5th biggest star after khans and HR.
Just can’t believe. He was at his peak from 2007-2008 , he was a big contender for the number one spot in Bollywood at that time. One of my best friends is his huge fan even he started practicing martial arts getting inspired by him but now even he doesn’t watch his movies that shows how a superstar is losing his popularity
Rajiv bhatia should take his profession more seriously otherwise if he keeps on choosing bad scripts and doing so many films in a year very soon he may become like sunny deol or mithun chakrovarty who were popular superstars of there time but their choice of films have slowly faded them away
If this happens (bhagwan na kare) industry will lose a superstar and ultimately it will be bad for the industry too
He has earned crores in his life now he should not do 3/4 movies a year for living, he was paid 40 crs for blue now he charges 30 crs if his bad patch continues his remuneration will be lesser and lesser
So rajiv bhatia please give yourself some time, get your career back in the right track and return to Bollywood as the real khiladi
