42 films have crossed the 100 crore mark at the domestic (India) box office and a majority of those major grossers have featured bankable male stars in the lead. The only exceptions are Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Grand Masti – both of which were sequels to successful films.
So it’s quite clear that the Hindi film industry is not only male-dominated, but is also almost entirely star-driven.
Salman Khan, over the last few years, has been a mini industry. Since the second half of 2010, every single film featuring the megastar in the lead, has crossed the 100 crore mark. He leads the second best (Shah Rukh Khan) by a margin of 3 films.
Ajay Devgn has 5 major grossers, while the founder of the 100 crore crore club, Aamir Khan has 4 films – tied with Akshay Kumar for the fourth spot.
Hrithik Roshan has three films. He’s followed by the younger generation of actors – Ranveer, Ranveer and Varun have two 100 crore grossers each. John also has two 100 crore films, but both were multi-starrers. Arjun, Farhan, Sidharth and Saif have one each.

Not referring to any SRK hater here but just for clarification purposes mentioning that comment of mine was supposedly pro Ajay mentioning that SRK and Salman were ahead of him in that list but both had a lot more EDX releases than Ajay too. So supposedly a pro rather than anti Ajay comment.
I think it was quite clear from the comment but then haters have to find some reason or another for bashing. Only a hater would bring up names like Emraan, Saif, Tushaar, etc while talking about the senior actors.

Not just you bymut many people visit indicine to know about bollywood updates, but we have nothing to do with what lifeless losers who are illiterate fight on internet for stars who dont even give a damn to thier fans nor do they give a single penny. This comment I found in just 5 min search. Must be many others too. Would have been much better if he would have just replied that he is a SRK hater. Simple. At least that would have been an honest reply.
