Bajrangi Bhaijaan has become the highest grossing film of 2015 in just 5 days after its theatrical release. The collections of the film are unprecedented and the highest ever in the first 5-day period.
At the same stage, Dhoom 3 had collected Rs 149.46 crore, which was the previous highest in 5 days. In other words, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is the only film to collect more than Rs 150 crore in 5 days, which is an average of more than Rs 30 crore per day! It’s also the fastest film to cross 150 crore.
Superlatives? We have just one left. Salman Khan.
One other thing, Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a blockbuster. It should soon attain ‘All Time Blockbuster’ status.

@Babaji, Jurassic World didn’t as well as Fast and Furious 7, but it was running to packed houses even in its 5th and 6th week. It’s one of the best trending films of 2015.
@Kalia, producers can’t afford Salman’s fee now. He produces films himself. He’s probably worth more than 50-75 crore per film , but paying him that much would significantly increase costs. So he produces and takes home the profits.

@Indicine – Jurassic World collections not upto the mark. You have mentioned the Gross Amount of JW. Furious 7 is still the Highest Hollywood Blockbuster in India with 102.1 cr nett., not gross. Please re-check the collections of JW. It collected somewhere between 82-85 cr in India.
