Writer, Producer and Director Tahir Hussain, better known as the father of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, passed away this morning after suffering from a massive heart-attack.
Hussain started his career as a producer with films like Caravan, Anamika and Madhosh. He went on to write and direct Tum Mere Ho in 1990, which starred Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla in lead roles.
Hussain’s last film as producer with son Aamir was Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, which did great business at the box office.
Tahir Hussain is survived by his wife (Zeenat Hussain), two sons (Aamir and Faisal Khan), and two daughters (Farhat and Nikhat).
Aamir and wife Kiran are currently in the Unites States and Imran Khan (grandson) is currently away shooting in New Zealand. Both are expected to be back home for the funeral which will be held tomorrow.

does anyone know how old he was and if he died of an illness or natural causes ? this makes you wonder, it can happen to anyone of us. life is NOTHING when you close your eyes. one has to always be close to god all the time and be aware of god, because it is ultimately he who we all will go to. god is what matters. not this world and material things. its all a passing phase.
