Talaash – Khiladi 786: Screen Count and Runtime
It will be a treat for moviegoers in the coming week, as two big movies are set to release back-to-back – Aamir Khan’s Talaash and Akshay Kumar’s Khiladi 786. The former a multiplex film for the so called ‘classes’, while the later is targeted mainly at the ‘masses’.
Both films will have a similar 2500 screen release, about the same as Shahrukh Khan’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Talaash will release on 525 screens in the overseas markets, widest ever for an Aamir Khan film.
The length of the two films is also quite similar: The runtime of Talaash is 2 hours 14 minutes, while Khiladi 786 will be 7 minutes longer at 2 hours 21 minutes. Both have been cleared by the censor board with a U/A certificate.

those who have voted for talaash..please remember..this is not a usual movie from aamir, that you can count on!!its a genre he’s not done, nor he’s able to succeed. its different, so no guarantee! i’m not saying, actors shouldn’t try a variety..but for aamir, this never suits. what i’m saying a fact or not??? you’ll understand it by tomorrow evening. take my word. and reema kagti’s first venture dhobi ghat was a disaster.

as an actor emraan hashmi is perfect for this genre he can pull both auidence massey n classey

k786 not even 100cr due to compition from both ends but by content k786 is complete winner.
where as dabangg release in 3500-4000screen
k786 release in half screens of dabangg2 and d2 faces no compition so dabangg2 easily collect 180cr w/o wom .
but the collection dosent matters these days
agneepath,vicky doner,rowedy,jthj,kahani, barfee
these films has less collection than other films but w.o.m is good for these.
business only important for actors n producers audiences dont care it
so that’s why I said k786 wins hearts

but still I think then salman not release his film because he cannot sustainable vs akki in maases.
so I hope the clash on 8th aug 2013 then u salman khsns fans will get their own place.
by the akki can challenge aamir hritik ajay even srk so salman is too small in front of akki.

Khiladi looks to be silly. I really expected it to live up to the Khiladi movies with the Bollywood masala action not the crappy mindless comedy and one kick destroy car type of movie
