The nominations for the biggest awards of the season is out!
Chennai Express, Ram Leela and Raanjhanaa get nominated in all four major categories – Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Actress.
Arguably the most popular film of the year and also the highest grosser worldwide – Dhoom 3 – gets royally snubbed. The film hasn’t received a single nomination in any of the ‘popular’ categories.

seriously? chennai express for best actor, best director, best film, best actress and best music? deepika was funny in CE but she gave far more better performances in YJHD and ram leela. and chennai express had one of the weakest albums of the year.
last two years filmfare was credible and they awarded some fine movies like ZNMB and fine actors like richa chadda, ifran khan and ranbir for rockstar and barfi. this year they sure lost it.
hhhhhh the joke of the year but any way hrithik or amir has done a fabulous job krrish 3 or dhomme 3 they still in our mind but i hope that rakech roshan will win the best director critic

i really liked raanjhana,special 26,d-day, ba pass,ce, the lunchbox,madras cafe this year.
d3 was total crap…rubbish…..i cant believe amir khan acted in such an idiotic movie.
k3 was also a crap..but god knows how such movies got on to collect such a ridiculous amount of money at the box office window.
i even didnt like yjhd and ashiqui 2- the so called surprise blockbusters of this year.

filmfare again proved it is the biggest joke award of the industry
there was a time it was considered prestige, but now it has reached the depth of cheap publicity for money.
A perfect example was that a movie that created history like Sholay, only won 1 single award during the year it released.
Can you imagine it happening now?
Filmfare is nothing but a big marketing tool for PR savvy stars.
Losers these nominations are by votes and all of us know that aamir khan don’t have any fan following don’t give me any example of revenge3 his movies only work due to it’s content losers

Ultimately Dhoom 3 and Krrish 3 will remain the most loved films of the 2013 as well as the highest grossers. SRK would need seven births to beat these two films.
Why do they keep two categories of same award – popular and critics award?
There is no need for filmfare to tell who is popular and who is not, and a handful of people voting is not the general opinion of the whole of India.
They should just have a single team that decides the award. No popular, no critics. Just one award one category.
Though no awards in the world is perfect, not even Oscars, but atleast some dignity needs to be maintained. This has gone too low now.
No use talking of it anyways, as it will continue. But such farce will never go on forever and one day the bubble will finally burst.

Ha Ha you people are so negative towards SRK, but love him or hate him, you can’t ignore him ;D and honestly CE was way better than Krrish:3, apart from the collections (God knows best) the film didn’t achieve up to any standard. Dhoom:3 thankfully was far better, at least I didn’t feel like I was watching an animation.
Even if aamir gives the best performance of all time, he will still be not nominated for filmfare awards!!!! This awards SUCKS!!!!!!

Rakesh Roshan deserves nominated as best director not ayan mukerjee & rohit shetty. Special 26 & Madras Cafe deserves to be in best film Category not CE & YJHD.
CE & YJHD are movies which are made every month..Speical 26, Madras Cafe, Krish 3, Dhoom 3 are all made once in 5 years…they deserve awards than crap CE & YJHD…

hahaha i am very happy by seeing the nomination of Fake fare awards, because last year when they nominated critically acclaimed movie for best film category, i was surprised and thought might be Fakefare awards is slightly improving but with nomination of this year list, i am pretty sure they won’t be change and always remain fakefare awards, just only praying that awards should given to farhan,deepika,BMB,Rakesh Omprakash mehra in Major awards.
it all started when HR got Filmfare award of best actor in popular category for Dhoom2, hahaha what a joke that was and still continuing by fake fare with these nominations.
