A lawsuit has been filed against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan by a gang-rape victim from Hisar, Haryana. The lawyer of the victim is seeking Rs 10 crore in damages, after his client is said to be going through ‘a very troublesome period of psychological trauma’ after the actor comment on feeling like a ‘raped women’ while shooting for his film ‘Sultan’.
A notice has been sent to Salman through Punjab and Haryana HC advocate Rajat Kalsan. According to reports, the complainant, who is still undergoing mental trauma, says she was deeply hurt by the star’s remarks and added that her image was tarnished.
The lawyer also states that Salman’s comment is ‘solely responsible’ for rape victim’s mental and psychological degradation.
The report also states that if Salman fails to compensate the victim within 15 days, the lawyer will be forced to file a civil and criminal case against him.
Salman is yet to respond to the lawsuit.

It’s good this drama happened before Aamir khan intolerance incident when he said they felt like leaving d country…. If not just like that a lawyer would have come out to claim heavy losses and fear by his client who is an authentic Indian citizen who felt so insecure staying in India that she/he had to sell all her/his properties /assets @ give away prices so that they could leave india.. Causing them to loose millions of rupees…JUST BY AAMIR STATEMENT!! Lolll…

If the identity of that woman would have been revealed otherwise , so called feminists would have been gone gaga over it by now, but when she is endorsing herself by choice , for the sake of mere compensation (which she doesn’t actually deserves), no body will utter a single word.
That’s the reason I strongly feel that rape laws should be reviewed. With due respect and concern for those who actually ‘suffer’ from this heinous crime, there are plenty of cases where rape laws were misused and had been used as weapon in the course of personal rivalry/grudge.
P.S. -What Salman said was utterly shameful and condemnable, but such opportunistic people, too, deserve their bit of condemnation.
