A lawsuit has been filed against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan by a gang-rape victim from Hisar, Haryana. The lawyer of the victim is seeking Rs 10 crore in damages, after his client is said to be going through ‘a very troublesome period of psychological trauma’ after the actor comment on feeling like a ‘raped women’ while shooting for his film ‘Sultan’.
A notice has been sent to Salman through Punjab and Haryana HC advocate Rajat Kalsan. According to reports, the complainant, who is still undergoing mental trauma, says she was deeply hurt by the star’s remarks and added that her image was tarnished.
The lawyer also states that Salman’s comment is ‘solely responsible’ for rape victim’s mental and psychological degradation.
The report also states that if Salman fails to compensate the victim within 15 days, the lawyer will be forced to file a civil and criminal case against him.
Salman is yet to respond to the lawsuit.
Salman Khan is an official gunda of India , he is lucky he is there if he is in United States or uk he would b in jail a decade ago, nothing and no one is above the law in these countries.

At a dinner last evening one lawyer said that the reason he left India was because of shady, sleazy lawyers like the one who is not trying to fleece Salman but the lady in question. The other reason was the unprofessional attitude of the media, courts, websites who are on the lookout for cheap publicity. He also noted that the courts open themselves to criticism by allowing such nonsense, tying up legitimate cases because they don’t want to deal with the real cases because it’s easier to deal with shady lawyers. Sad but true issues are carried to an extreme and because many people don’t truly understand the English language they assume what the media says to be gospel.
