A lawsuit has been filed against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan by a gang-rape victim from Hisar, Haryana. The lawyer of the victim is seeking Rs 10 crore in damages, after his client is said to be going through ‘a very troublesome period of psychological trauma’ after the actor comment on feeling like a ‘raped women’ while shooting for his film ‘Sultan’.
A notice has been sent to Salman through Punjab and Haryana HC advocate Rajat Kalsan. According to reports, the complainant, who is still undergoing mental trauma, says she was deeply hurt by the star’s remarks and added that her image was tarnished.
The lawyer also states that Salman’s comment is ‘solely responsible’ for rape victim’s mental and psychological degradation.
The report also states that if Salman fails to compensate the victim within 15 days, the lawyer will be forced to file a civil and criminal case against him.
Salman is yet to respond to the lawsuit.
These kind of publicity stunts will backfire for other women who really need help.

Ya, if she gets 10 crores all the trauma , pain & suffering will vanish in a second & she would become the person she was before the incident, isn’t it mr.chu lawyer????
That chu lawyer should be ulta sued for defaming the country’s biggest star , with 50 crores compensation , his useless degree confiscated & he should be debarred forever from his profession .
He/she is asking for a compensation of 10 crores out of which only 5 lakhs would be given to the original victim & the remaining amount in this chu lawyer’s black money accounts .

Iam very much against these ppl who seek publicity and make a mockery of heinous crimes. But what Salman said is absolutely disgusting and not apologizing for it means he is ok with what he has said. If his noble father can apologize for him then y can’t he. In my opinion it is important to be a Human Being first, Being Human comes later.
