Rajesh Khanna’s nine-year-old grandson, Aarav performed the last rites of the legend, at the Vile Parle crematorium with family, friends and thousands of fans gathered to bid a tearful goodbye to the first Bollywood superstar. “Aarav lit the pyre and Akshay Kumar (Rajesh Khanna’s son-in-law) assisted him,” said Khanna’s close friend Vijay Zaveri.
