Sillunu Oru Kadhal, the Surya | Jyothika starrer has taken 100 percent opening on day one in Chennai city. The collections as B and C centres showed a dent by the evening show. The word-of-mouth for the movie is not great too. The producer has also trimmed the movie by a good 15 minutes.
