The Zee Cine Awards 2013 was held at the Yashraj Studios in Mumbai. Anurag Basu’s Barfi garnered the most number of awards in the popular category – Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor (critics), Best Actress (Jury) and many more.
In the earlier list (published last night), we had announced that Ranbir Kapoor won Best Actor Popular, while Hrithik Roshan was awarded the Best Actor Critics. But according to reliable sources, it was Salman Khan (based on receiving the most number of votes) and Ranbir Kapoor who won the Best Actor Popular and Critics respectively.
The Best Actress awards went to Priyanka Chopra (Popular) and Vidya Balan (Critics). Kahaani also won the Best Film (critics), Best Director (critics), Best Story and Best editing.
The Zee Cine Awards 2013 will be telecast on Zee TV on January 20th at 8PM IST

Whenever I type in the words ‘CRIMI NAL’, ‘J AIL’ you should see the look on them and soon they’ll start to give philosophy lessons like he earned this much on day 1, and that much on day 2 blah blah blah blah. Of course, he’d earn that much, especially if he releases his movies in such huge number of theatres and that too without any competitons from other movies, but what they don’t get is it’s quality that finally matters not quantity.

kabir…Its very simple guzarish didn’t get good opening because he was coming after a flop kites & the movie lacks entertainment value for indian audience.Now don’t give example of Barfi it was purely a entertaining movie but with a deaf & mute hero.Coming back to ZNMD it didn’t get good opening because he was coming after two back to back flop.In 2008-09 Many Salman films didn’t get good opening bcz he was giving back to back flop.even Wanted didn’t get good opening.So its not a big deal for any superstar.
Kabir you can’t say he buys awards but the media guys & the organiser are hypocrites who ask him to come and host the show & in return he will go with a trophy.Even though Ranbir is a very good actor he is gonna do the same from now.They will call him to host & entertain there in the end they will give him the best actor trophy.Yeah they will continue to ignore Aamir no matter how he has performed & I don’t think even Hrithik Roshan will get any best actor award from now.
