SCREENS : Dilwale got 3200 screens but film like 3I earned 202 Cr even in less screens as compared to Dilwale. Dilwale have to perform its own in 3200 screens which are enough to achieve magical margin like 200 Cr even with clash in this growing market. Where is less screens for Dilwale? there are many such examples like this
PROTEST : Dilwale is facing protests but film like JODHAA AKBAR have done outstanding business at the BOX OFFICE despite bigger protests as compared to Dilwale and Jodhaa Akbar was never played in 2-3 states of BHARAT like Gujrat. There are many such examples like this
CLASH : Dilwale is earning less due to clash with Bajirao but Film like BANG BANG ! earned 181 Cr despite facing clash with Haider. More examples are OSO vs Saawariya, Gadar vs Lagaan, Jthj vs SOS etc where either big films perform well or both. Some people are saying that “Bang Bang ! vs Haider” is different from “Dilwale vs Bajirao”

Personally, I liked Dilwale more than BM. Dilwale entertained me through out whereas BM was boring in parts.
But still this is not a valid comparison at all as both belong to different genre.
Dilwale , being a masala movie was destined to entertain where as BM , being a period drama was destined to be boring in parts.

Bajirao Mastani is Historic today…. dhamaal macha rahi hai…. Dilwale is nothing in front of BM today. Difference between Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale will be more than 5 Cr. Today as BM is rocking all over India.

I hve watched dilwale 2 times & Bajirao 1 time . For me Both films were below expectations .
– Bajirao mastani is a very pretty looking film with good performances but that’s it . Yes there is nothing more to appreciate. There was no deep emotions, there was not much love shown between the characters , also d Action was vry less . Can’t understand y It’s performing tht well . Priyanka chopra’s character was poorly written . Everything in the movie was very smooth nd easy tht is y I didn’t liked it .
i doubt tht most of the audience r liking it . Ramleela was much better then B.M
-I didn’t liked dilwale on watching it first time because of high expectations but at the 2nd time I enjoyed it tht maybe because I was sure tht I will get bore this time also . Dilwale is 2.5/5 movie . It’s a movie u can enjoy without expecting much ….!
