Actor Varun Dhawan, one of the most popular young actors in the country, has hinted that he might team up with director Zoya Akhtar, who is best known for her film ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.
Varun took to Twitter to share a picture of Zoya and captioned it with #ComingSoon.
“Zoya Akhtar at work #funfilmaker #comingsoon”he tweeted.
Meanwhile, Varun awaits the release of the biggest film of his career ‘Dilwale’, which releases in theatres this month. His other films include ‘Dishoom’ (directed by his brother Rohit Dhawan) and ‘Shhuddhi’ (directed by Karan Malhotra).

I hope Zoya does not work with Varun Dhawan . After working with Farhan, Konkona, Hrithik, Abhay, Kalki, Anil, Shefali and Priyanka Zoya should not work with an over actor like Varun Dhawan . The only thing different about his performance in Badlapur was his facial hair, otherwise he was totally overpowered by Nawaz. Let Sid grow beard and do ek villain again, i bet it will earn 30 cr less but wing him critical acclaim. Beard saved varun big time in Badlapur, otherwise he was pretty average.
@Sandy…The critics like Masand are not stupid who will acclaim him for his beard solely. His performance was good and was accepted by both critics and audience. While Sid in Ek Villain was as in any other movie expressionless. Sid can neither act nor dance.
