Lots of movies to look forward to, in 2010. Two of the biggest stars missing from action last year return with their most ambitious movies ever.
Here is our list of the Most awaited movies of 2010.
10) Raavan – Mani Ratnam is reason enough to watch Raavan first day first show. The director of films like Yuva, Dil Se, Guru returns with Raavan starring Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai. While his films have been good, he hasn’t really tasted box office success. Can he turn it around with Raavan?

9) Ishqiya – Abhishek Chaubhey, the screenplay writer of Omkara and Kaminey makes his directorial debut with Ishqiya. It will be fascinating to watch talented actors like Arshad Warsi and Vidya Balan share screen-space with the legendary Naseeruddin Shah.

8) Action Replay – Expected to be one of Akshay Kumar’s better films this year, Action Replay is directed by Vipul Shah (London Dreams, Namaste London, Waqt).

7) Rajneeti – A movie based on elections and politics in India has Katrina Kaif playing a Sonia Gandhi inspired character. Rajneeti directed by Prakash Jha (Gangaajal, Apaharan) also stars Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgan, Arjun Rampal and Ranbir Kapoor.

6) Dhobi Ghat – Not much is known about this Aamir Khan film, except that Aamir plays one of the four leads. Prateik Babbar of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na fame also has a major role to play. Dhobi Ghat is directed by Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao.

5) Veer – Directed by Anil Sharma, Veer will be a huge test for Salman Khan. The media for some reason, is ignoring this big budget film which hasn’t made it to many “films to look forward to in 2010” lists. Is the hype really missing?

4) Guzaarish – For a change, Hrithik Roshan has two releases this year. Guzaarish, the second, is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is all set to prove the critics wrong after a disastrous last outing with Saawariya. The movie also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who shared great chemistry with Hrithik in Jodha Akbar and Dhoom 2.

3) Tees Maar Khan – Om Shanti Om didn’t work for us, but it did for the majority of people in India. Farah knows the pulse of the Indian audience and is all set to combine comedy, action, romance, masala yet again, this time with Akshay Kumar in Tees Maar Khan.

2) Kites – The Roshan’s – Rakesh and Hrithik – have a 100% success ratio, right from Kaho Na Pyaar Hai to Krrish. Kites directed by Anurag Basu (Murder, Gangster, Life in a Metro) is their big claim to international fame. The film has been long in the making and with the release date now being fixed (May 14th 2010), Kites is expected to fly high both in India and overseas.

1) My Name Is Khan – At number 1 is My Name Is Khan, Shahrukh Khan’s biggest release in over 15 months. Love him or hate him, but come February 12th 2010, we are all going to queue up to catch Karan Johar’s much talked about love story also featuring Kajol. The theatrical rights were purchased by Fox Studios for 80 crores, add 15 crores for marketing and its a lot of money to recover.

Just as Indicine mentioned earlier ,PPl these days r smart n dont just go to watch a movie bcoz its their fav actor on screen. and publicity can only pull audience till sunday later on depends on d content.
Kites also looks like Major part is inside a jungle..;) But hrithik s a dancer i guess in tat so d dances will be worth a watch..:)

first week share of 3idiots 13-14cr on single screens and that of wanted was 15.5cr in one week.

most awaited movies mean simple audience ( aam janta who doesnt care abt movies that when it releasing is it hit or flop they just know that my fav actor is making this movie and i want to see) is waiting for those movies.
if u will ask from ur other friends who are working in diffrent professions like dr, engg , bankers that do u know Ishqia is releasing on 29 jan then they will say ” what is it ”
none of any one knows about ishqiya , no one knows about Raavan , just count how many people knows about Raajniti ???
only critics and bollywood lovers know about these movies , like us who spend daily 3,4 hrs on ur site and other bollywood sites. even simple audience when they watch trailer of these kind of movie they forget after 10 min. and u r putting Ishqiya most awaited , that was joke of the day

and i know that every one has diffrent taste , so every time every movie has diffrent ratings some crirtic give 4 star and other critic the same movie give 1 star … but i think movie should be universaly accept , lik eif any movie has 10 postive things and 5 negative things and every one should see those 10 positive and 5 negative things, ok i can accept that me like 10 things , u like 9 or indicine liked 11, but me like 10 and indicine liked 3 and u liked 20 things then it means there is some problem among us which shouldnt , there is not very much diffrence between 3.5 stars and 4 starts but there is hell of diffrence between 1.5/5 and 4/5.
i want to finsh this gap and i want if movie is good every one like it if movie is bad every one should dislike it.
one more thing i know some poeple like comedy , some like action , some like love story and some like social daramas, i m talking abt a simple classic movie which has every thing, that kind of movies should be same rating .

1>Sadja(Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shankar)-First time,in Long time as a Rahat fan,i really doesnot enjoy as much i would love to.It is not that bad song at all.Doesnot match the voice with the flow of music.There is simply 2 choice,love it or hate it.There is middle of it.But,For me it is among bad song of Rahat F.A.Khan.2/5
2>Noor E Khuda(Adnan Sami, Shankar Mahadevan)-Adnan Sami deserve more song in bollywood as this song clearly prove it.After bad start to album,this song is catchy one.Slow n moving song.Both Adnan & Shankar Mahadevan has give justice to song.i especially love the song when it say Noor-e-Khuda.3.5/5
3>Tere Naina(Shafqat Amanat Ali)-It is good to hear type of song.Shafqat has done gud job which clearly show .As,you can say timepass song.3/5
4>Allah Hi Rahem(Rashid Khan)-Sufi type of song.Its another bad song on the album .Nothing great about song.Neither i like the rashid voice nor music catch me by any surprise.1.5/5
5>Khan Theme(Strings)-Just a music only.But i donot understand what the point of such.May be on film situation,it is good but here it totally embrassing.1/5
6>Rang De(Shankar Mahadevan, Suraj Jagan)-Shankar Mahadevan still hasnot got out of rock music since Rock on which clearly shows on the song.It is another good song but doesnot impact for listner.May be it is worth watching with visual on big screen.
Overall,I m big time dissapointed with Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy .They were such fab. with music album like Tare Zamein Par,Rock On,Wake Up Sid etc.With such big movie of SRK-Karan-Kajol with FOX studio being producing it,music are situation n have no impact on except Noor E Khuda..Rang De & Tere Naina being timepass/a decent listen ,rest are all bad.Music of My Name is khan is not the standard of Thrio of Shankar-ehsaan-loy.
