Salman Khan’s KICK has recorded the 4th highest Monday collections and second highest non-holiday Monday collections of all time. The film is only behind Krrish 3 (which recorded its highest single day collections on the Diwali holiday), Dhoom 3 (way ahead of every other film in recent times) and Ek Tha Tiger (collected 20.64 on its 6th day, holiday for Eid).
Salman has a record 5 films in the highest Monday collections of all time. In fact, amongst all his releases since Dabangg, only Ready and Bodyguard (released on Wednesday) don’t make it the Top 10 list. All his other films including Jai Ho have held up pretty well on the most crucial day of business.

Kick’S 4th day collections is nice but not brilliant . They are below par . If Kick has to collect huge money in its lifetime then it is important that it collects huge today otherwise the lifetime collections will not be huge . @ Indicine I am happy you are doing a good and honest job on Krrish 3’S collections . 4th Day of Krrish 3 was the turning point . I just want to tell all the people you all are saying that Krrish 3’S collections were manipulated, I just want to ask you How would you feel as diehard fans of SRK, Aamir, Salman, Akki, Ajay and Ranbir when one day somebody will accuse you that your favourite actor has manipulated the collections to break all box office records ? @babaji: why should we ignore sense in bhai’s movies? ? Yes,jai ho was a poor movie. But that story was not as manipulative as this kick’s story. Kick could have much better if they cutted overdramatic scenes, senseless fighting scenes.
It depends on our liking. Even after know that jai ho is a technically poor movie i rated it over kick as i could emotionally connect myself. But in case of kick,i couldn’t.

ek tha tiger despite having Eid a national all over india did only 20.64 cr but Krrish 3 did an outstanding 35.91 cr on monday , its a partial holiday for diwali because diwali fell on sunday and many people didn’t have holiday on monday.

Both K3 and Dhoom 2 are illogical films as well. Dhoom 2 defied several laws of physics, whereas K3 is a kalang in the name of a super hero films.
