Kick has once again shown the huge difference between a ‘superstar arriving on a festive weekend’ and normal release at the Indian box office. Kick has collected almost 2 times more than the second best, which also happens to be a Salman Khan starrer.
Ek Villain, Holiday (which got a favourable release period after the IPL) and Gunday make it to the Top 5.
2 States, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Humshakals did very well in their opening weekends, but the combined first week business of all those three films is still lesser than KICK!

Well guyz!! Stop criticising each other as it is not good on a public platform. The fact is, all the 3 khans are way ahead of the others in the industry and they deserve it.. They are the one who have been saving this industry for over 2 decades now.. Hrithik is a good actor but he is nowhere close to them. Honestly speaking, he hasn’t done that much work in the industry yet. I think, he has only around 6-7 good films under his belt which is nothing in front of star power of SRK, Salman and Amir. They all have so many good films credited to their names. So comparing these 3 khans with any other actor doesn’t make sense actually. They can only compete with each other and they will keep breaking each other’s records in the coming years as well. Nobody can takeover them unless or until they retire or get very old that people can’t accept them as heroes..

@anand: agneepath and krrish series were never senseless. Senseless scenes are those where a common man throws villian and makes him fly into the wall, a common man beats the head of a man to break the vertebrae column. If i go through logic, i can give you 100 illogical scenes about flawed kick.
There is a thing called screenplay where kick sucked. In agnee,Kseries,d2 it was not as bad as kick. Krrish was able to fly after getting superpower from sunlight. Now don’t say that he had chlorophyll. Lol. It was a superhero/sci fi genre which are imaginary.
In d2, some secretes where not revealed .but it was not as manipulative as kick.
And as for AMALL and MPKDH,i even didn’t like them much.
There are so many action movies which had unrealistic scenes but none of them were as senseless as kick. Even telugu kick director got disappointed by the hindi kick. What a shame!

I said so many points in my review.but still people are barking over one point i.e realisticness. Lol. .
If i go through like that i can give 300 unrealistic scenes only frm kick n jai ho. Okay,there were many. .but kick has to be the “Senselessness and unrealisticness ka bapp” i mean there is a limit. I haven’t seen any movie so far which was manipulative and unrealistic from starting to end.

I won’t be surprised if some people ask me how krrish comes when there is nothing like superhero in the world. I am mature enough to differentiate between a good and a bad movie. I didn’t find any of the k3,d2 bad. Hrithik’s bad movies are aap mujhe acche, main prem ki diwani hoon etc. After kmg, he hasn’t done a single bad movie.. People are arguing with me by pointing out 3-4 scenes from d2. If i go like that then i can give 100 scenes like that as kick is the father of all manipulative and unrealistic scenes. .okay i also love entertaining movie and i liked d2. But in kick, it was in excess amount. . .
I am again saying. I gave my own review and i am not forcing anyone to agree on that. Review differes from person to person. K3 had flaws in music and quality of vfx in some scenes.still over all,it was a nice one. D2 had 4-5 secretes which were not revealed,but there were so many great things like hr-aish chemistry,mind-blowing dance numbers,good stunts,terrific performances by lead cast,well-edited scenes,stylile,visually beautiful screen play and cinematography and so on and kick had good acting by nawaz,a few good stunts in 2nd half, hang over. Other than that, what was great? I feel 95% of sensible movie lover will prefer d2 over kick. And never compare kick wid kmg and agneepath. It wud be an insult to the later two.

And vijay never lose physically dead in agneepath remember even after stabbing vijay he talked with her aai (mother) rahne de aai, jo baba k maut k wakt kuch na bole… He never dead n losed all power… Get some sence… And remember it salman never acted like that or even close to hrithiks that performance, and never he can act in future also…
