Just when Bollywood superstar Salman Khan could heave a sigh of relief after the Rajasthan High Court acquitted him from all charges, the Supreme Court of India has agreed to hear the plea filed by the Rajasthan Government challenging the actor’s acquittal in the chinkara case.
The Supreme Court has also issued a notice to Salman.
“The government is studying the merits and demerits of the case and has decided to appeal against the decision in the Supreme Court” the Law Minister of Rajasthan had told reporters on Tuesday.
The government has asked the Supreme Court to direct Salman to surrender. They claim that Salman’s driver was not cross-examined by his lawyers.
Back in 1998, when Salman was shooting for his film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’, the actor and seven others were accused of hunting and killing chinkara in two separate incidents.
One of the animals was killed at Bhawad on the outskirts of Jodhpur on September 26 and the other at Ghoda Farms on September 28 – both in the year 1998.
2002- The hit and run case happens.
On Oct 6, 2006, the Magistrates Court presented 10 charges against Salman.
2007 -Being Human is founded.
Until his judgement was announced in 2015, the media was full of news about how many people Salman helped, how he adopted such and such village, how much he donattes to charity
After the judgement was announced there have been no more news about charities, donations and so on.

Who cares
His acting is mediocre, all the movies he signs are more sentimental and heroic than anything close to logic. And when he dances in his movies I don’t think it is any less than my eyes being stabbed with a knife.
Whatever! An innocent can’t be punished by our great judicial system.

Aren’t you controversy’s favourite child? Frankly, I do not think that you deserve being addressed as dear, or called a bhai at all, but I’ll try to be formal here.
To be very honest, I used to love your movies once. Andaz Apna Apna, Hum Aapke Hain Koun, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, what wasn’t there to love? You knew how to be funny, witty, romantic, and with just a couple of movies, you won the hearts of the millennial.
But that was the end of it. After that you took the route to monstrosity – beating up your girlfriends, killing an endangered animal, running your car over people and killing them. But, you still remained the hero of thousands of people.
This does not regard any of those, though. You have never outrightly respected women, so it surely did not come off as a shock to a lot of people like me when you compared your exhaustion because of a shoot, to a victim of rap
Like his other cases salman will get a clean chit here too. Salman is like a hen who is laying golden eggs currently. It would be foolish to neutralize someone who is making you potloads of money. “Being Human” does help afterall

@Indicine : I had stopped using the word ‘criminal’ respecting your moderation policy, but you are frequently allowing the word ‘Deshdrohi’ for SRK (just because he was invited by Hafeez Saeed unilaterally and he had not even reacted to his invitation).
So I don’t think there should be any issue in calling this non-actor a criminal as number of charges are running against him and even the apex court of country has taken the cognizance for the same.

He was a prime suspect in 1993 Bombay blasts because of his alleged proximity with Dawood Ibrahim.
Moreover, he has physically and sexually exploited a number of aspiring actresses taking the advantage of his filmy background.
If those cases are opened, several other charges like treason, rape etc will be slapped on him.
It’s disgusting to see such a certified criminal being followed by a major chunk of people in our country.
Some frustrated souls of the losers just come under Salman’s article to vomit their frustrations caused by the failures of their icons! Perfect scapegoat indeed! But it won’t make a difference because helping nature has been eternal.

In the first half of 2016, 74 tigers are killed and out of that 30 cases are for poaching and seizure. This is for Tiger alone imagine other Wildlife animanls and fauna.

Now I would like to ask all those Law abiding morons who are calling for punishment of Salman that what have you done for all these poaching cases in this year ? Do you even care for the animals poached this year forget caring for a poaching case of 1998. This clearly shows they just want Salman to get punished so that their respective idols (who are nallas) can beat and go on top in absence of undisputed King of Indian Box Office. This is the only best chance of them and this is only way Salman can be beaten, so zor lagaa ke haiyaaaa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
