Ormax Media has announced the May 2012 list of Stars India Love for the Top Bollywood actors and Salman Khan has topped the poll once again. He is followed closely by arch-rival Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. At No 4 is Aamir Khan, who has gained one spot after the popularity of his show Satyamev Jayate. Despite all the success, Aamir is down the list simply because his last release was about 3 years back. He is followed by Akshay Kumar and Ranbir Kapoor, who has dropped a couple of places from last month.

Salman Khan learns Kalaripayattu for ‘Sher Khan’
After remaking south movies, Salman is now taking inspiration from Kerala’s martial arts
Salman Khan is leaving no stone unturned for his upcoming action flick. Since Wanted, Sallu has been doing similar kind of stunts in all his films. But in order to infuse a new flavour to the Sohail Khan – directed Sher Khan, he will be learning Kerala’s martial art form called Kalaripayattu.
The actor plays a superhero with long hair in the movie, and will fight using ancient martial art forms. Rumi Jaffery, writer of the superhero flick, told a website that the film will be aimed at kids. Rumour has it that Salman’s powers will be connected to his hair, which is similar to Samson – a biblical character. The leading lady of the film is yet to be finalised, but the makers claim that it will be a face that’s never been paired with Salman before. Guess the Khan family will soon introduce a new face for Sher Khan.

Salman Khan, who is playing the role of a super hero for the first time in brother Sohail Khan’s film Sher Khan, is learning a special martial art for it.
Salman Khan is doing similar kind of action stunt in most of his film. But he wants to do something different for Sohail Khan’s film Sher Khan. So, just to add a different flavour to the movie, Salman Khan will be learning Kerala’s martial art form called Kalaripayattu.
Kalaripayattu is the oldest existing martial art form, dating back more than 2000 years and said to be the forerunner of popularly known Chinese martial arts, as the Buddhist monk Bodhidharma took this knowledge from India to China.
Salman Khan will sport long hair in Sher Khan and will fight using this ancient martial art. According to recent reports Salman’s magical powers in Sher Khan will be in his magical locks and the movie is aimed at kids. The leading lady of Sher Khan is yet to be finalised.
