    • winners are deserved except popular category
      best popular actro:salman khan
best popular actress:priyanka chopra for kaminey and whats your rashee

    • Star of the year – Male:
Amitabh Bachan for Paa – this movie was very entertaining on an intellectual level.

Star of the year – Female:
Katrina Kaif – both films were entertaing, new york because of the storyline and ajab prem ki gazab kahani for it’s funny and romantic story. Also, Katrina Kaif acted well in both movies.

Best Actor in a Supporting Role:
Sharman Joshi for 3 Iditos- his role was fulfilled keeping high expectation in mind. I’d have to saw one of his best acting skills came out in this movie.

Best Actress in a Supporting Role:
Supriya Pathak for Wake Up Sid – he was a good part to the movie. Overall, the best acting he’s ever done; proud of his acting skills in this movie.

Best Actor in a comic role:
Ritesh Deshmukh for Do Not Disturb – I have realized that Ritesh can be the next Govinda. Ritesh brought out his comedy skills and made me laugh, something I haven’t done in so many years.

      DREAM DIRECTOR:
R Balki for Paa – Honestly, I am very proud of Balki for picking Abhisekh and Amitabh Bachan for the same movie. This father-son- son- father story is one in a million, and I hope Balki brings more of these unique movie to the industry of bollywood. It will surely make up for the recently pictured, horrible outlook movies.

      Best Comedy:
De Dana Dan- This film was very comic. I am proud of the writing, producer, and director for picking to work on this movie. I feel the whole cast and crew put there heart into it. The funniest and memorable moment was “titanic scene” – call it that because it reminds you of titanic. I wish I was apart of the cast – doing a scene like that most of been really fun and extremely worth it.

      Best Action Thriller:
This was a difficult choice, with Blue, Wanted, and New York up for the nominations it’s impossible to pick one. However, after much thought I have choosen New York for it’s background story and for being the frist movie ever based upon 9/11. This movie reminded me of how so many people died that day, and how terrorism has increased for that specific reason – don’t judge a race because of a few, and don’t judge based on actions but the causes behind the reactions. The part with John inside the jail lying naked on ice, if seen with a seriuos mood, it reminds you that behind every bad deed is perhaps, a good reason. This movie should show and prove to the Amercian government that being perjudice isn’t right, the innocent may fight (agianst good), because they only recgonize the rights (they were deprived of).

      Best Drama:
Wake Up Sid – I conncected while with the sotryline. A child who believe school is a waste time, and does not know about her/his future. I am glad to know that some directors can come up with fresh ideas. The main character, Ranbir Kapoor performed while in the movie. The cast and crew should be proud of themselves for creating a well-based storyline that’s performed in way that makes you say: “Yo, he’s just like me,” and gets you thinking about your future plans. I remember watching this movie and being like, “yo, I gotta plan for the future now, before it gets to late.” As well as, the scene when Ranbir keeps repeating ” I Love You,” and his dad hears it. That’s happened to me, however it was different situation. Finally, the movie and parent-child relationships remind me of my family. honestly, I’m so proud of this director, it made everyone in family connect to it in some way or another, and this movie brought my fmaily togeather. I remember watching it togeather.
