It’s official! The 3 Khans of Bollywood will once again have big film releases during the Eid, Diwali and Christmas weekends in 2016.
Eid 2016: Shahrukh Khan’s Raees, directed by Rahul Dholakia, will release in the first week of July next year. The last time SRK released a film of his during Eid, Chennai Express went on to be the highest grosser of all time. The film also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan.
Diwali 2016: Salman Khan hasn’t had a film release during Diwali in the last 4-5 years. But 2015 and 2016 will belong to the superstar as Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Shhuddhi are scheduled to release during the festival of lights. Shhuddhi will be directed by Karan Malhotra of ‘Agneepath’ fame and the film will be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

Christmas 2016: While Karan Johar has already announced a film for Christmas – Ayan Mukerji’s superhero film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt – the makers of Dangal have confirmed that they are targeting the Christmas weekend to release the Aamir Khan starrer. In the last 6 years, every single Aamir Khan film that has released during Christmas has gone on to be the highest grosser of all time – not just the biggest in India, but the biggest worldwide grosser too!

I knew it . I was thinking in my mind that in 2016 the 3 Khans will book the festival dates . The important fact is that holidays are very important for all of them . Almost every year their movies release on Festival periods .

This proves Salman loves Eid, SRK loves Diwali and Aamir loves Christmas . Sometimes Salman and SRK exchange Eid and Diwali between them . When Aamir does not release any movie in a year then SRK or Salman takes Christmas . So it is pretty clear and evident that all Khans need Holidays . As you can see in 2016 everything is same except for thing that SRK is coming on Eid and Salman is coming on Diwali . Aamir does only few movies as compared to SRK and Salman but whenever he releases it is always Christmas except Talaash . I have not given my vote to any movie as all the movies are loomin exciting . Raees is looking a Content Oriented Gangster Movie . Shuddhi is looking a Romantic/Drama/Action movie directed by Karan Malhotra . Dangal is looking like a Biopic/Sports Drama about Mahavir Phogat and his 2 daughters Geeta and Babita . I am confused between Dangal and Raees . Shuddhi is looking good with Sanjay and Salman but it will not be the same without Hrithik for me .
This is not done yar…what abt sultan of salman khan and ayan mukherjee’s next with ranbir and alia ? From the different sources and few media speculations ; heard that sultan will be a content driven film…and i m looking forward to it bcz it has the most prestigious banner in town as yashraj banner and probably no 1 heroine of todays time : deepika padukone…lets give salman khan the next Christmas release…it has to be in between 17th December to 20th December…so that he also can take advantage of chrtimas release…i know that dabangg 2 had already released in 2012, but that film has not had the advantage of chrtimas as the festival was just 3 days ahead so movie can’t capitalize further…lets give next Christmas to salman and again i repeat it shd be prior to chrtimas week…lets give a fair chance to salman too…and i m sure that he won’t disappoint us…my best wishes to all salman khan fans…from a hardcore hrithik roshan fan…#mohen-jo-daro #sultan #dangal…i hope these 3 movie will be biggest grosser of year 2016…
