Akshay Kumar’s Singh Is Bling has shown bigger than normal drops in its second week, as compared to some of the more successful films in recent times.
The film has collected around Rs 87 crore as per figures released by the producers of the film. It should finish with lifetime business of around 95 crore net.

@Babaji ka thullu – Jai Ho didn’t collect much money because they reduce the ticket price. If the producer which means Sohail Khan didn’t reduce the ticket price it would have made more. PK had the price 450-950 rupees and Jai ho had 250 rupees and went lower. Yes that was a stupid decision of Sohail Khan and Salman. But whats done is done. Jai Ho would have made over 200cr if they didn’t reduce the price.

If BB can do 300 crs despite Bahubali storm then Akki is senior enough to give a 100 crs in SIB which is a Masala Entertainer releasing on a national holiday !!!!!!!!!!!!! SIB was decent in first half and completely boring in second half, one good thing about Akki is he is experimenting with genres and mixing it well. Its high time he stops doing 4 movies a year and try with 2 movies per year that will bring back some audiences for him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@sunny chechi, I already told you that they gives territorial breakdown with final collection as per their sources, so 61cr to 59.7 is not questioning. But 61 cr to 88 cr difference is alarming, not only boi, but boi.co.in also gives first week figure is around 61cr only.
@babaji I will watch brothers for sure whenever I got time. Regarding R..Rajkumat it was worst movie of shahid career, still was a semi-hit, which broke flop streak of Shahid, the film moreover was success due to chartbuster music, respective low cost and Prabhudeva factor was also appealed more as it was came after Wanted and RR, ramaiyaa vastavaiya was a flop before Rajkumar but it starred debutant as lead. Boi can’t do much for that and also remember it’s Akki 4th movie in the year, so there are high chances to collect low with mixed wom for SIB.
a pastime film, nothing special except Amy Jackson as she was beautiful in this film, her look a way different than her first film with Pratheek Babbar.

Opening day, weekend ,1st week, lifetime, imdb rating , filmfare and national award all Ajay way ahead. Oops that that’s 7 records. Akki beat any of them then we handover the throne to him. Ouatim franchise alone for me made me know how different and talented one superstar is. For me I would save my ticket money for a shivaay at the expense of a rustum.
