Producer Karan Johar has said that his ambitious mega-budget film ‘Shhuddhi’ will go on floors soon after the release of ‘Brothers’.
“‘Shuddhi’ will go on the floors very soon. The pre-production on this film is a tumultuous task because it’s a very wide film with a large scale so it needs a lot of time” Karan said on Monday.
“Karan Malhotra, who is set to direct it, is releasing his film ‘Brothers’ in August, so he will get into it (‘Shhuddhi’) right after that” he added.
Karan also announced that the remake of ‘Ram Lakhan’ to be directed by Rohit Shetty, will go on floors early 2016.
Starring Salman Khan in the lead, ‘Shhuddhi’ release in theatres during the festive weekend of Diwali in 2016. The rest of the star cast is yet to be announced.
