Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has become only the 2nd Indian actor to have 10 million followers on popular social media website Twitter. Only Amitabh Bachchan with 11.5 million, has more followers on Twitter.
Khan joined Twitter in January 2010, and has sent 8,050 tweets so far.
The other two Khans are not too far behind the 10 million mark. Salman Khan, who joined Twitter three months after SRK, has 9.17 million followers. Aamir sent his first tweet two months before SRK, now has 9.56 million followers.

Again a horrendous decision from the makers.

@babaji, i feel these could be reason why Akki’s movies are released on weird dates.
Unlike Salman, srk or aamir, akki mostly doesn’t have stake in his films.
Hence he is least bothered about the dates. Check out the dates of the movies he had stakes or had his wife’s stake in it, they were all decent dates.
you will only be more worried of the income and profits if you put some money in it.
Also, since he doesn’t have stake, his voice is not given much importance eg., is OUATIMD when he wanted it to relase on Eid, but it didn’t and he was upset about it.
He does 3-4 films a year, and hence doesn’t have time to sit around and discuss on the dates etc.,
He must have tried, definitely, but may be he could not dedicate too much time or loses interest mid way.
He shoots, gets the pay check and goes for vacation. I guess he prefers and likes it that way.

Last week I said categorically our 60 cr club lone superstar Akki Sir doesnt care much for his films aslong as he gets his fat paycheque upfront then hes a content star…!
I think in case of Aamir, Sarook, Hrithik n Salman in recent times are more involved with the production of their films n earn a percentage of earnings so will ask for prominent holiday type release dates- something our Akki cares less about as he gets paid upfront so whether a film earns little or loads makes little difference to him…! Hence he does 4 craps per year n can earn 20cr per film n still match earnings of top 4 stars… Good business model to adopt so respexXx to him as its not his decision but producers decision to reward him in such a way- kudos to him.
