@gavin before 2013 srk was here among top 3. Ra1 125 cr second highest, don2 114 cr 4 th highest. Jthj 122 cr 4 th highest. He was only absent in 2009, 2005, 99, 96, 94. Rest of the he was either top actor or among top 3 unlike balwan and chamir.

With so much going for it why did it not even beat Ghajinis record of 3 yrs earlier let alone come close to 3 idiots…? Sarkars overacting was being raved about for once as the Larger Than Life DON…! Give it a try n lets see what excuses you come up with.
@Gevin maybe today Amir is slightly bigger than srk but he is not even half of srk if u considered entire career. And u r fooling urself. What about dch which had same director producer and multistarcast with excellent music and glowing reviews. It was not even semi hit let alone hit. Same goes to Talaash. Don 2 had nothing except srk. Farhans movies never meant to box office ex. Lakshya. Dch. But don and don2 were clean hit despite mixed reviews and negativity. Remake of successful movies (Bollywood ) often flop because people don’t want to see remake of successful or iconic movie barring agnipath which didn’t seen any negativity. Look the result of himmatwala umrao jaan Karz varma ki aag etc. all r not only flop but desastrous.
About salman khan. Answere me y big budget movies with big production and reputed director like kyuki, salam e ishq veer London dreams, janeman, yuvraj turned desastrous. He is not a big star. Past 3-4 years people liked masala movies. Infact srk did one masala movie with big competition and broke all salman’s movie collection. Let salman make MNIK jthj hit. Till then he is slightly better than akshay and below hritik. Forget srk.
And srk is biggest superstar of last 2 decades. In 22 odd years he was always top 3 star and most of the time top star. It’s is not necessary he need to give top grossers every year. Despite top grossers HAHK in 1994 salman was never consider top 3 star. It is not by me or u it’s by distributors, producers who decides base on market value. They was no buyer for Mazdhar and sangdil sanam despite HAHK success.
