Accident Case

I. C.C. NO. 490/PS of 2005 before the Hon’ble Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court at Bandra, Mumbai

January 31, 2013 – The Hon’ble Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court at Bandra, Mumbai, held that the offence under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is applicable, and is exclusively triable by the Hon’ble Court of Sessions. Hence, the criminal case was committed to the Hon’ble Sessions Court of Greater Bombay for framing of additional charge under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

II. Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 before the Hon’ble Court of Sessions for Greater Bombay

  • March 5, 2013 – Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 filed by me before the Hon’ble Court of Sessions for Greater Bombay under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for quashing and setting aside the order dated January 31, 2013, passed by the Hon’ble Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court at Bandra, Mumbai.
  • March 6 and 8, 2013 – Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 was heard by the Hon’ble Sessions Court at Greater Bombay, Court Room No. 23 presided over by His Honour Judge Mr. A.N. Patil. In view of the common issues that were involved in the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 and Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 (i.e., the case that was committed to the Hon’ble Sessions Court by the Hon’ble Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court at Bandra, Mumbai), the advocates appearing for me suggested to the Hon’ble Court that without prejudice to my rights and contentions, an application can be made to the Hon’ble Principal Judge of the Sessions Court for assigning both the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 as well as the Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 before the same Hon’ble Judge. The suggestion was accepted by the Hon’ble Judge and he directed me to file an application accordingly on the same day. The Application was filed before His Honour Judge Mr. A. N. Patil at 3 p.m. upon which the Hon’ble Judge, by his order dated March 8, 2013, directed the Registrar (Sessions) to place the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 before the Hon’ble Principal Judge of the Sessions Court for appropriate orders for assigning both the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 as well as the Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 to the appropriate Hon’ble Judge.

As on this date, I had not received notice of the hearing from the Hon’ble Court. However, my advocates filed their vakalatnama in the matter. The Hon’ble Judge indicated that he will hear the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 filed by me, and accordingly the matter was adjourned to April 8, 2013.
  • April 8, 2013 – Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 along with Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 were listed before His Honor Judge Mr. U. B. Hejib presiding in Court Room No. 25. However, since the Hon’ble Judge was not presiding, both Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 and the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 were adjourned to April 29, 2013.
  • April 29, 2013 – Sessions Case No. 240 of 2013 and Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 were listed before His Honor Judge Mr. U. B. Hejib presiding in Court Room No. 25. Upon a query raised by His Honour Judge, my advocates indicated that they would like to argue the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 first. Accordingly, His Honour Judge directed my advocates to file written arguments in the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 on the next date of hearing i.e. May 8, 2013, after which brief oral submissions could be advanced. Accordingly, His Honour Judge has listed the Criminal Revision Application No. 220 of 2013 for hearing on May 8, 2013.

  • Put this hypocrite behind the bar.. All his acts are exactly like a pakhandi.. Now he is trying to gain the public sympathy.. I am sure after getting the punishment he will try to convince the judges about his fake charities in order to reduce the jail term. He is doing the charity not for needy people but only for himself so that he will get the minimum punishment. Such a pakhandi he is!

  • dont worry salman. you will soon get over these court cases. god and we fans are with you. you are god’s favourite child. nothing can ever happen to you. you keep rocking on screen and keep up your good work through your charity. you rock. love you so much.

  • @shree “killing a dear in jhodpur”……????

Jeez stop trolling and think out clearly what you gonna write instead of jotting down nonsense, publishing it without even reading it out to yourself…!

  • @xzone For the past month or so I’ve been getting irate with Indicine for not publishing my comments FAO yourself but today Im gonna be glad if Indicine continue this course of action.

You and I, me and you, we been going over the same ground over and over again regarding this case that you can just go back to an old comment of mine and take it at face value as the truth, whole truth nothing but the truth…!

  • @dxt namm lol dude sometimes I feel/ sense strongly that xzine is drunk whilst typing up his nonsense…!

  • @NVS very true what you said about charity.

A point I made forcibly many moons ago was so many people out there dont believe in charity or do no charity but these folks are the first to get of their high horses and actually ‘BEG’ others who do charity not to do charity because its for publicity they claim…! Makes no sense to me, if you dont do charity then one would presume you’ld keep quiet about it whilst hanging your head in shame but these people have no shame at all. They actually prefer to see people continuing to suffer because they dont like the person carrying out the charitable work…! Shameless behaviour and thoughts process. Never for one second will these narrow minded people think about the poor souls receiving charity but its all about their own twisted petty viewpoints/ agenda. God forbid but if it was upto them then the poor needy souls will be shunned away in some derelict corner of the ‘metropolis’ whilst they would hound and persecute those trying to help those very poor needy people. Thank god they will never succeed with their misguided and ill formed mission.

  • @NVS—-LOLLLLLLLL………….FIRST OF ALL SRK IS NOT A DRINKER AND 2NDLY DONT EVEN IMAGINE THAT SRK IS DRINKING AND DRIVING AND KILLING PEOPLE………PLS SIR DONT EVEN THINK OF THAT……….:-D

  • @sameer ‘public sympathy’…?

What planet have you been living on these past few years. The biggest superstar in the country who has taken crappy ‘himatwala’/ ‘K786’ like scripts and turned them into BBs / ATBBs and you think he needs public sympathy…? Dude I think the aam janta have voted enough times to illustrate their feelings towards Salman bhai and as far as Im concerned, the only person needing public sympathy is Srk because the aam janta are abandoning him quicker than Nazis abandoning Adolf…! :-P

The reign of Kings tyranny in India was over along time ago…!

  • @navin – all these haters n their families have several criminal cases pending all over india from murder to rape n many more. n here they are commenting upon salman’s accident case n terming it as murder. dont worry haters the charges of culpable homicide will be soon withdrawn in the high court.

  • salman is great human being…he is king of charities, help, support….
he has heart of gold..he is very kind & generous….
nothing will happen to him…he is gods favourite child…

  • I wont bash salman today, because i know what hurts & what could be taken as joke. Wish salman’s fan like NVS & Navin could understand that.

  • @xzone: hope u remember wankhede incident where srk the gentleman at his best. its like srk is throwing stones at glasses which just cracks n Salman does same n those glasses broke. but both were drunk n out of their senses!!!! Salman have moved n changed to a much better person whereas srk is climbing the ladder of shame day by day. n That was joke that accident should be treated as murder. Lol!!

  • @NVS : a fitting reply to be back with bang!!!! now poor xzone will say me, u n Navin are same person. ROFL!!

  • My request to the judiciary is that please Salman be looked at as a common man. There are so many cases of accidents happening with lakhs of people dying, but I don’t see nation’s heart bleeding then. I think celebrity bashing satiates the baser emotions of sadists. In this case, let me assure you that there is no reason to imagine that sky has fallen and the worst is around the corner for Salman. First of all, it can’t be called a case of hit and run as nobody is running away. Unless the due process of law is exhausted, all those jumping to conclusions that this is the end of the road for Salman, will be disappointed.

  • generaly i dont comment on salman’s page but some comments here made me to do so,i really dont understand sm people are supporting salman, goddamit what the wrong with thesre guys a person who has drunk driven and killed a poor beggar is a guy wid big heart you wont listen to even god on that matter how sick you guys are?but i have full faith on the judicial system of india one day he will b punished for his crime both for murder and poching give what ever lame excuses all you guys want

  • @beingsallufan Ok Im being serious here kid- when did you ever ‘bash’ Salman bhai…?

I mean by simply using an ID suggesting that you could at the slightest be a Salman fan doesnt mean anything. In essence every comment you’ve ever made was so childish that that became detrimental to Srk fans already tarnished and diminishing reputation as being ‘holier than holy’. Trying to be sneaky and underhanded never put you in a good light but made you look rather desperate and you know what they say about desperate men dont you? Desperate men can stoop to any level so beware…! :-P

So once again the only person/ group you were bashing was your own people and not our pyaare bhai jaan. ;-)

  • Take that coward x zone out from this page…I m starting to believe that this India cine is trying to give a bad name against salman n supporting anti salman comments, I wrote something good about salman n this site doesn’t post n very cheap comments n rude words are being published…

  • This site is trying hard to gather anti salman comments n posting them., wow indian media…some very harsh n rude comments r posted against salman..

  • I m nt a fan of salman.I dont like him on screen bt i follow him in real life.he is a great human.man with golden heart.

  • @Navin If thats the case, then you would have never bothered to troll me, i hav seen your frustation before, so dont make a fool of yourself.
BTW, you were talking of being serious, please tell me how much sensces does your comments make??

  • @nvs….don’t cook ut own stories via imagination….u r expecting those things frm srk, which he is never supposed to do…..so ur imagination is totally absurd that srk will get drunk and will crush peoples….dude..i find u a sensible sallu fan…so act sensibly and give ur views on this case…not run away from the essence of the article….

@dxt namm….there is a saying in hindi that “chor chor mousere bhai”….so a person always supports those, whom he finds same in behavior and activities…so ur support to salman, in this case, clearly shows, that who is indulge in cases of rape and murder….i think, it must be u and or ur any of those closest frnds, who r accused in such charges…

    @navin….hahaha…y r u talking abt ur old comments…din’t u left any strength to type a new comment?? com’on ….post again ur same stupid comment…i m missing them…:P

@hritik….actually i was expecting it much before…i knew, someone will definitely relate wankhede case with this drunken driving case……tell me honestly, do u think that both the case are same??? and intensity of charges for both the cases shud be same??? if ur ans is yes..then plz close this discussion right now, bcoz then, really i won’t have any words to reply……but u can see, that in wankhede case , srk argued with the security officials due to his personal reason…for an instance, if we accept srk as a guilty, still u can see that he get punished for this offence….he is suffering frm a ban of 5 yrs…which is too long according to me…and that case was not so severe that they took such a rude decision…anyway…in that case, that poor security official din’t suffer physically….
on the other hand…in salman’s case…1 person dead at spot and 4 other were injured by a great extent….and all this happen due to his single silly mistake….still he is roaming around freely…and i don’t knw when will verdict come……so there is no any similarity between wankhed case and this case….

@shyam…i think u r commenting first time with this id “shyam”…but with ur debut , u declared me as a coward….dude..isn’t it so earlier to give such conclusions?? first spend some time on indicine…learn how to comment , then conclude anything,….and by the way….which partiality u r talking about??? when indicine had published all the comments of srk haters on a crucial issue “surrogacy” …then where were u at that time??? i hope, u were’nt busy while commenting with some other id’s on that crucial issue…

  • If creating websites could
    prove your innocence,
Hitler is sad he wasn’t alive
to see the birth of the
    internet. lol!!!

  • @beingsalluafan hahaha dude you just made my day. Atleast hitler was a man enough to accept his crimes, but this coward is making a ridicule out of himself day in and day out, by practically begging for his life in front of the public. There is no greater shame than this.

  • @xzone: don’t try to be judge and post your useless comments, we will wait for the justice to happen that justice should pretend to all human being in India, What about SRK accident in stadium just go and listen the audio clip of that time in youtube and think what we are trying to say as I said earlier if the verdict of the court will go against him they will file the case in high court and then it to supreme court so again all the haters keep your party on hold for 15-20 years more and by that time i think your children might be able to do the party, don’t think if soon salman will go to behind the bar SRK will rule again in BO his time is over and many new guys already arrived to do that same type of romantic films what he did in his whole life.

  • When you don’t do charity……he is hated……..and when he does…..he is doing for publicity….lol. get a break guys..

No matter what you haters are going to type here or comment elsewhere, Salman is never going to jail for this. Period. No matter if you move the hills or the mountains.

A few months from nowr when his movie will break all records he will again be the darling of the media, and then later few months they will again pull him down…..this is just the media circus, and you guys are being taken for a ride. So, ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

  • @bringsallufan I dont think any of my comments had any ‘sensces’ in them…!

I dont really know what you trying to suggest by that remark and tbh I really couldnt care less. Just by having such a ‘farcical’ name you dont deserve any explanation because you cant explain to me why you dont have a name like ‘beingasrkfan’….! Only thing I can think of is that you are ashamed to go around in public being a pretentious fan of your pretentious Youtube King…! If you ashamed then stay away from xzine as hes in charge of dealing with srkian deserters who do not stay the full course and enjoy a 3 hr srk film…! :-P

  • @xzine First of Thanks Indicine for publishing my last comment and dont worry this will not be abusive or exhausting.

So I told you Im not in the habit of republishing old comments which counter your allegations and you go ahead and regurgitate the same old rubbish from many moons ago…? I guess you never learnt that less is more just like your Youtube King. For example a 5 min Srk trailer can become an ATBB on Youtube but a 3 hr Srk movie is just a HIT in theatres. You getting my drift? Less of Srk is bearable but more dosage of him becomes toxic for the theatre audience…! Same applies to your comments so in future please sunshine keep it nice n sweet & largely to the point…! ;-)

PS thank you Indicine and as always feel free to delete anything you deem not ‘sensible’.
