In an interview with Faridoon Shahryar, producer-turned-director Sajid Nadiadwala has rubbished rumours of him gifting Salman Khan a Rolls Royce.
The superstar who runs one of India’s most popular non-profit charitable organisation Being Human, would want Nadiadwala to get 500 heart surgeries done instead of materialistic gifts, says the director who gave Salman his biggest blockbuster Kick.
Excerpts from the interview
The news of me giving a Rolls Royce to Salman is completely untrue.. If anyone should be giving Rolls Royce then he should be giving to me.
Salman is always a giver, not a taker. If at all I’d have thought about (giving a Rolls Royce to him), he’d have said that please get surgeries of 500 heart patients done, or operations done of 100 patients with eyesight issue. Rolls Royce, all these are materialistic things. We’ve tried to rise above all this.

Salman never boasts anything about his individual help and charity to anyone. It is the recipient party that praises Salman for his Salman. For instance, Salman has never said anything about his giving a break to Sajid-Farhad but they have opened up about how Salman gave them break to Bollywood. Iss Me Salman Kya Ghalti Hai?
But the Charity Foundation ‘Being Human’ is on a greater scale and all different together. The foundation needs publicity and awareness for growth. For example, the logo of UNICEF was displayed on Barcelona’s Jersey. Why? But as expected, sarkar fans are too dumb to understand the market dynamics of any charity organization. Because they are kaminey like their sarkar is.
In short, in the future, Salman alone can’t run the organization. So, all the publicities and awareness are to attract external donations
Similarly, some 23 years back, if Salman had not given shelter, food and filmmakers’ contacts to a then aspiring actor, he would have gone back to Dehli in frusration and Aab Tak Kisi Gunday Ki Punter Kaam Kiya Kar Rahey Hote.
