The final shooting schedule of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s next film ‘Tubelight’ has been wrapped up. The film will release in theatres during his most successful release period, Eid.
The first schedule was filmed in Leh, followed by scheduled across the stunning hill-station of Manali. Parts of the film was also shot in Mumbai.
The director of the film, Kabir Khan, said “It’s a WRAP!! My team that makes my films happen… Karishma, Baloo, Prarthana, Prachi, Moin, Archit, Manish, Zoya, Krish, Rahul, Ram, Ali #tubelight #eid2017”
The film has been in news right from the time it was announced. It would be Salman’s third film with Kabir Khan, who has given him blockbusters like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and the acclaimed ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.
It has a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan, a Chinese female star and a child actor.
The box office awaits the megastar whose last film, Sultan, collected over 200 crore in just 7 days.

When Srk was consistently releasing his movies on Diwali and giving hits that was solely Kings power and not holiday or festive advantage. Aamir & Salman were flop actors because they were not getting any releases on big holidays but Srk is still big because in 2017 he is not getting solo release. I can’t blame these loons as they have inherited such habits of changing their own words from their own Paltu Khan. Like idol like fans !!!!!!!

@fan pk if shahrukh khan would have postponed raees because of friendship with yrf he would have done it when sultan’s first poster was released declaring it as a eid release. but inspite of doing that he came with the teaser of raees and announced it as eid 2016 release and this incident happened even before the release of bajrangi bhaijaan ( eid 2015 release), finally he postponed raees in may 2016. now can you please explain me what was he doing for almost 1 year. everybody know he did it because of the boxoffice fate of dilwale and fan unless that decision of postponment because of friendship should not have taken that much long time.
and as far as don and jaan e mann clash is concerned it does not have any effect today, srk himself knows that. jaan e mann would have flopped even with a solo release but sultan is not jaan e mann. it would have beaten the hell out of raees and made it earn less than 80 crore net at the boxoffice. yes sultan would have not done 300 crore net because of the clash .
salman releases his films on festivals because that is essential for bollywood. because srk has wasted enough chances with solo festive releases. we talk about ready because it was the film which showed that salman does not need holidays to beat a small star like srk . it went on to beat srk’s two festival releses ra one and don2 ( diwali and x mas). now please give me another example other than don 2 when a solo x mas release has done lower than a post ipl release this decade. that’s the standard of salman , that even his films releasing on non holiday can have the potential of defeating festival solo releases. now what would have ready collected if it had got 5 day holiday weekend like ra one and what would have ra one done if it was a non holiday release or even don2, i think something similar to fan. the truth is salman has never benifited because of festivals, bb, sultan and dabangg would have done huge even on non holidays like ready . it was srk who has benifited the most from festivals. ra one, don2, happy new year would not have got even a clean hit status just like raees and fan . srk’s consistensy in giving hits was because of festivals like diwali and x mas and the moment he is not getting those release dates he is now dealing in flops and maximum semi hits.
the biggest parameter to judge salman and srk’s stardom for me is chennai express and ek tha tiger. chennai express was released 1 year after ett with hiked screens and ticket prices but failed to beat the opening day record of ett. is that not enough to prove who is a bigger star because we all know opening proves stardom. yes later it went on to become atg but that was because of content not stardom. salman khan on the previous two eids has beaten opening day record by a margin of almost 50 % but srk failed to create even a new opening day record . if we compare between ett and ce ( both eid release) ce was the winner in lifetime due to content and ett was winner in terms of initial due to salman’s unmatchable stardom. the biggest drawback for srk is that he stands nowhere in front of salman if we talk about opening and everytime he will not get a fluke like ce. now don’t say you don’t follow boi.com because you have given reference of that site in your comment.

It looks boring, dull, pretentious movie. With all the cameos form SRK and others, director kabeer is trying hard to make it interesting looks like.
Reports are even Salman is not happy at all as it looks niche film oriented at select audience.
I skipped SULTAN because of its wrestling subject and bad trailer.
I’ll skip this too. Last salman film I saw in cinemas was BB.
