Priyanka Chopra, Diana Penty, Karishma Kotak.. and several other leading ladies have all been rumoured to play the female lead in Salman Khan’s Mental.
But brother Sohail Khan has time and again denied all rumours. Now, the producer/director himself says Daisy Shah is also one of the names shortlisted “We are considering lots of actresses. There are some established names too. Daisy Shah too has been shortlisted from a very long list that we had. We’re doing the final screentest of all the shortlisted actresses next week.”
Meanwhile, the first shooting which was scheduled to begin this month, has been pushed to March.
Sources within the industry now say, the film is unlikely to release during EID. There is also a strong possibility that Salman may not have a release in 2013, as all the holiday release dates have been blocked by major releases like Krrish 3 and Dhoom 3.
salman will not release his any movie unless its a national holiday with 2,3 open weeks….

Even if the shooting starts at March, they have got 5 months to complete the shooting and other activities for release on Eid.
Shooting normally takes 60-90 days max, and they still have in hand, like, 60 odd days to complete other work.
Don’t belive the ‘sources’, as they are not the ones involved, and hence there are still chances the movie will release in Eid.
Most of the Salman haters just go on with biased and unfactual comments.
Salman’s Ready was a non-holiday release and it was not broken by over hyped, big-budget multi-starrer mega director, big banner movie JTHJ released on Diwali holidays.
Only if the shooting is further delayed that they cannot commit the movie release date on Eid.
And that is also not because they are afraid, but you have to give commitments to distributors and theatres, as they too need to plan.
So, don’t just comment and harp on something you guys don’t have an inkling about.

@raj akshay’s last two films underperformed because of its genre(sp.26) and overdose of his films(k786).even we all akshay fans cannot watch all his films which releases in a year(5 films per year)coz of our budget issues.thats why we choose to watch his good films which gets positive WOM and good reviews.just like rowdy rathore and hf2 and omg,when those movies get good reviews,the collections were sky high even without holiday release.remember the fate of salman’s movies during 2000-2009(specially 2006-2009),when his films got good WOM,they became hit/superhit/blockbuster,but when they got average WOM,they couldn’t get face saving collections.it’s not coz his fan following was low,it was because he was releasing 4-5 films per year.i hope you understand bro.do tell me what do you think about this.
Krish3 looks like a another raone. Its boxoffice repor look kites much hyped bold sceen everyone know kangana’s role first offer jakqule ,chritangana sing reject k3 for kissing on screen with hritic. So sad nobody want to kiss hritic on screen and every actress want to kiss shahid and ranbir. Even katrina forced to kiss hritic due to contract even she looks very comfortable with srk in jthj.
