Salman Khan’s Kick is all set to release on the 25th of July 2014, two days before the earlier announced date of 27th July. The final release date falls on a Friday, which also happens to be a restricted holiday in parts of the country for Jamat Ul-Vida. So it remains to be seen what sort of records the film can achieve by releasing on a part working day.
Earlier this week, we had first broken the news that the theatrical trailer of Kick will release in the first week of June. Sajid Nadiadwal, the producer of the film, has confirmed the same.
Kick also stars Jacqueline Fernandes.

It will be difficult to make a record as it’s pretty much a non-holiday. Ready and dabangg 2 also failed to on non-holiday. Dhoom 3 was able to because of the huge dhoom franchise.
That means Kick will get weekend Eid holidays in weekdays and it will break some records of Dhoom 3
Personally, there’s not much to look forward to from kick. it will just be the same masala stuff salman’s been doing and once you have watched the south version, you already know what happens in kick

Releasing on 27th (Sunday) would have guaranteed Record breaking opening. but I think the makers are looking for a Big lifetime thus releasing on Friday to get the extra collection of Fri & Sat.
