Salman Khan’s I Am Hariprasad which was announced last August by director Prem R. Soni has taken a back seat. Since then, there has been no news as both of them seem to be walking in their own directions. Meanwhile Salman has brought about three blockbusters in a row – Dabaang, Ready and Bodyguard. Two other assignments namely Arbaaz Khan’s Dabaang 2 and Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick are waiting for Salman to wrap up his current project Ek Tha Tiger with Kabir Khan.
After the debacle that Main Aurr Mrs Khanna was, Soni is busy with two projects. Currently he is working on Ishkq In Paris with Priety Zinta after which he will focus on Bombay Muumbai. Till then I Am Hariprasad will have to wait in the queue. Will Salman keep his word and work with Prem R Soni again? We wonder.
The underlying story of the movie is of a drama dealing with business of religion and humour attached to it. Salman plays the character of a Godman.
