Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has wrapped up the final shooting schedule of his film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and also said that people need to visit the beautiful valleys of Kashmir.
Talking to reporters, Salman said “If you haven’t seen Kashmir, you have seen nothing. This is my second trip to Kashmir this year. I have spent 40 days here. We will now be leaving the Valley after the successful shoot of our movie. We shot in Pahalgam and Sonamarg.”
“I request others to come here. I had intended to come and shoot for ‘Dabangg’, but that did not happen. People here are extremely gentle, beautiful, simple and well-mannered” Salman said.
He also said that cinemas in Jammu and Kashmir should be reopened and if they do, he would hold a premiere of his film in the state.
“Everyone watches movies here. Cinema theatres should be re-opened here. We would love to premiere a film here if theatres are re-opened,” he said.
Earlier, there were reports that the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir had approached Salman to be the brand ambassador of the state to promote tourism. When a journalist questioned Salman about the same, he said “I would rather act as brand ambassador for the entire country.”
Salman’s 2 movies (BB & PRDP) will earn more than Sarook’s 5 movies (Billu, Jthj, Ra-one, Don 2, & HNY).
