54 year old Harish Salve, former Solicitor General of India, is, arguably, today’s most expensive lawyer in India. He has represented high-profile cases like Mulayam Singh Yadav, Prakash Singh Badal and Lalit Modi but his reputation (and legal fees!) started sky-rocketing after he won Mukesh Ambani’s gas dispute against brother Anil who was represented by Ram Jethmalani. Hiring Harish Salve as lawyer does not come cheap. He charges a massive fee of Rs 30 lakhs per day. His fees alone is supposed to have cost Mukesh Ambani a whopping Rs 15 crore. Even this pales into insignificance when you compare it with the Rs 60 crore which he is supposed to have collected in the Forest Case of TN Godavarman Thirumulpad. In addition, he has to be provided overnight five-star suites and first class air-tickets. A dinner for him and his team at a five star hotel can cost over Rs 2 lakh. Clients have been known to present him a hot Vertu phone or a Jaeger-LeCoutre watch to keep him in good mood. Further, Salve will only accept the first brief. In other words, he will never be the second counsel to anyone else in any case. Salve drives a Bentley and has a holiday home in Goa. Fashion-conscious Salve visits London frequently to shop for his clothes. That is when his clients do not get them for him as in the case of Mukesh Ambani who is supposed to have bought an entire wardrobe of clothes for him when fighting his brother!
and what does media want?? they are going against bollywood for supporting salman instead of victim.. they know salman personally from quite some time.. and at this point of time getting 5 year jail is a tough time for him and his family.. so obviously everyone would lend their support.. if it happened to any of my friend even i would lend my support.. do you want entire bollywood to go to victims place and apologize?? whatever has to be done to victims family the court will decide sooner or later.. so at this point of time if everybody is support their close friend salman what the heck is wrong with that??

Why everyone is seeking justice only in salman khan case Where it is still not know who was driving car that night only a statement of died man is not enough , please stop posting anything now ,i am fed up of all these news ,stop giving ur views here the case has not end yet and if salman has did this he will definetly get jail and the session court gave very harsh verdict thats why it has gone to higher court .all thing is happening with legal ways cant u see it u fools then why r u blaming constitution If u doesnot have believe /faith in indian judiciary then no 1 has force u to live in this country just move to another . Here u r showing sympathy to those poor people then why u or gov. Is not doing anything for them,.

Few people r behavng like saints and talking logic less things(actually i should say with half logic which is worse than cmpltly illogical). they praise the judiciary when they sentensed him jail and when the same law granted him a bail thy started saying indian judiciary sucks.. why dis double standard mentality. LMAO on all salman haters. Some loosers are even saying that law should be equal and on the other hand they are saying salman should have been denied the bail. If Law is equal then by Law salman has right to apply for the bail. Some are saying that everyone knows salman is guilty. How the heck do you know, were you there?. I remember Slaman saying in 2002 that he was not driving and still he had to suffer. Yeah I agree that Law is not equal because a common man would go free for an Accident and the biggest celebrity would have to suffer 14 freaking years. even if salman khan got bail, still he is a convict now, he is not accused, that means he is a criminal, if he has committed crime then definitely he will pay for that may be not now may be in future, because You will always harvest what you plant. Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. Whenever salman sees mirror, he will see his true image, no matter how popular he is, in his conscience he will know he is a criminal
