Sachin A Billion Dreams Trailer

And here it is. The theatrical trailer of ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’, a documentary of sorts on arguably the greatest sportsman the country has ever produced. He played cricket at a time when people would begin watching the match when Sachin walked out to bat and switch off the television when he got out – a common feeling that Dhoni talks about in the trailer.

‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’ is not a feature film like ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ – but a documentary that gives us a ‘behind-the-scene’ glimpse into Sachin Tendulkar’s life. The match fixing scandal, the scenes at Sharjah, Tony Greig’s commentary, the Sachin-Sachin chants, his last match at the Wankhede and the nostalgia surrounding the much-loved cricketing legend.

sachin is favourite child of destiny…his arrival was celebrated ,his career was celebrated, his retirement was celebrated….i guess he is most loved person in last 50yrs….
i mean imagine yaar people were discussing abt him before his debut….throughout his career he was always in focus….
i was just mad for his batting….
his straight drive my most favourite…cover drive….hook…paddle sweep to chaminda vaas…all are awesome….
sachin…no one was like you…no will be like you….you made my childhood….

D director is an emmy award winner so high hopes ….documentaries are not necessarily boring …..drz Inside Job ….drz Senna for few examples ….ds r outstanding …hope Sachin one is d same or better

  • Goosebumps Tony greg’s commentary what a player what a player specially sharjah games. Took me back in time when I was watching cricket just for Sachin. Not much interested in cricket after his retirement. I hope they release this in U.K will Def watch

    Sachin Sachin

  • A player who just played for his own sake and scoring runs for himself. Whenever he scores a century India loses, that’s a reality. I would say ponting and Lara are far better when it comes to quality cricket, it is Indian media who made him a star. He is a good batsman and not the best even in India. Virat Kohli and Lucky captain Dhoni are better players of Indian Team.

  • @shamb ya dumb:listen u fool, sachin is miles ahead of pointing n Lara, the craze sachin had all over the universe can’t be told in a mere words,if I see u once again blabbering nonsense again, remember it u will get some serious bashing from me..

  • A nice one bt if it was a feature film aamir khan was perfect for the role and there would have been no milestones for the film breaking each and every record existed with 500 crores only in india considering the popularity of sachin

  • Wow… he isn’t greedy of money (Dhoni’s biopic was to earn money) but here they wanted to just show the life of Sachin… if they wanted they would have made commercial film but they didn’t coz they didn’t want money….

  • @ jaz this Pakistanis are really confused peoples . In an interview afridi said Sachin Tendulkar shake his leg because Sachin fears Shoaib Akthar bowling lol . Sachin acche bowlers ko paani pilata hai , even Don Bradman admired Sachin batting performance .
@ shamb_ Ricky Ponting chose five words to describe the iconic cricketer — “competitive, passionate, driven, composed, complete”.

  • i watch cricket only for Sachin…
i’ll watch this film only for sachin…..
    for me———–
    Sachin is my HERO……

  • @Jaz you typical Sachin fan: don’t teach me cricket I am a professional cricketers played till state level, secondly none of the people outside appreciates Sachin, I have been to australia, South Africa and U.K. It’s Indian media who made him hero and I am talking about the quality of cricket not records, Sir Bradman doesn’t have many records but is the best batsman in the world. Likes of Sir Bradman, Richards, Lara, Pointing, Steve Waugh, these are quality cricketers who played for the team but not for their personal records.

  • @Katyar I am Indian not Pakistani, have you asked anyone outside of India about Sachin… sorry you never been outside of your village. Have a break Katyar and come to ground of reality, Sachin is god of records, he is a good batsman who made records for himself but other players like Virat Kohli is best example, who plays for Indian team and score runs as well.

  • @Jaz do you have guts to say in front of me, no right so keep the mouth shut and accept the fact, Sachin is record maker but not the best compared to other quality cricketers. Pointing wanted to be Mumbai Indian coach so he might have appreciated Sachin, and sir don Bradman as seeing his records said he is good cricketers but not the best of the best. I wish virat smashes centuries and break his record but virat is a true Indian and plays for the team.
