The theatrical trailer of Rocky Handsome, starring John Abraham and Shruthi Haasan in the lead, is out. The action thriller, which John said is made on Hollywood standards, has the actor taking on the goons to save a little girl.
The film has been directed by Nishikant Kamat, who has previously directed films like Force and Drishyam.

Looks awesome. The backstory of the character would be interesting. It’s always a treat to watch some self assured villain being surprised by what the protagonist can actually do. But most Hindi movies don’t give the character the backstory necessary to be able to fight. For this John looks like he has a military or intelligence background.

Woww this is super!! John is very good in action movie compare to comedy. His only comedy that was nice was Garam masala dostana. Even Bhai will praise this trailer I am expecting his tweet. Desi boys average Housefull 2 very poor. This trailer is much better than my next sequel FAN. Bhai did not promote my 1st film Superstar but I am very sure he will do his best to promote my next sequel FAN.
I loved the trailer & John even though I feel the romance part (song towards the beginning) & the item girls were not needed in the trailer.
The director has given us a couple of fantastic movies in the past, Force been one of my favorite action movies, & John is tailor made for action movies.
Looking forward to this one.

Awesome trailer John is one of the best material for action thriller products. I have watched it’s original version so guys who have not watched man from no where please watch this movie it’s storyline just outstanding, this movie deserves to be a member of 100 cr club. Nice action packed trailer. And it’s so good to see a real dark action film, not the usual masala crap such as Dabanng. And btw, The Man From Nowhere was not perfect either, its narration was pretty cliché as well. I just hope they didn’t put too much emphasis on the love story.

Looks like John Wick’s indian version witha different story and by the way John Wick was awesome.
One of my friend is playing a small but a significant role in this movie and so it is the only reason why I ever would be watching a john’s movie for the very first time in a theatre .

Well action is average those who say its on power with the hollywood hasnt seen the action sequences of matrix,avengers etc….nd action is nothing without a story nd this seems a very predictable story…
Trailer is good full of action, but the dialogues are very average, there will be no famous dialogues from this movie….

Good one.Action is looking solid so might give it a try but it’s clashing with a big Hollywood movie hence the film needs to be really good in terms of story and direction too to leave a mark at the box office..

I have watched it. You can watch it too. Its available on Youtube with English subtitles. I watch a lot of Korean movies. “Memories of Murder” is my favorite.
