John Abraham’s latest release ‘Rocky Handsome’ has performed very poorly at the box office and the film could finish with lifetime business of less than ‘Force’ – which released almost 4 years ago.
The release of ‘Batman vs Superman’ and the outstanding performance of ‘Kapoor & Sons’ has meant that the audience were spoilt for choices this weekend. ‘Rocky Handsome’ had a chance as long as it performed well at smaller centres, but even at places where action films perform well, the John Abraham starrer has failed to sustain.
The film also had to face competition from cricket match and exams, but that can no longer be an excuse because ‘Kapoor & Sons’ too had those factors against it.
In short, the audience has rejected ‘Rocky Handsome’. The film will finish with lifetime business of around 25 crore.

He has good looks but not acting skils
John should refrain from doing solo hero films. He doesn’t have the caliber and potential to pull a film alone and make it a hit. 6 pack and dashing posters won’t make a movie successful.

Hell, the movie has some of the best action out of any Bollywood film ever and audiences go watch the underwhelming and boring Batman v Superman. Idiots.

If he had said about the inspirational journey of #SRK. Movie would have done much better.

To be honest, he cannot carry a solo movie and assures good return on investment. All the best for upcoming movies though.
those who are criticizing Bvs , you should watch that movie again, as that movie is a masterpiece, as it contains no. of hints which are connected to movies like suicide squad, wonder woman , justice leauge 1, and many more. i agreed that movie is way darker than marvel movies and all actions sequence takes place during night.
even critics gave poor reviews, but audience like that movie and it is already breaking many box office records.
I think Rocky will be success and super hit…..because he has 8 pack abs…because John Abraham is the most powerful body bilder in the Bollywood industry……don’t worry sir your movie will be success…
